LED lighting and Bluetooth speakers are everyday items in our household. Bluetooth speakers are great for home, work, vacationing, poolside, and more. There is also always a need for a backup lighting source, be it for emergencies, camping, vacationing, work, and convenience. This product from LightingEver fits the bill for both. Not only is it a convenient source of light, it also has fun lighting options, and a built-in Bluetooth speaker. It has an internal 2200mAH battery, which allows for many hours of both music and light. It can go all day on low, for lighting alone. This light is so usable. It can be placed on the table, or hung with it’s built in hanger. It comes with both an Aux cable, and a micro USB cable. Don’t forget to pull the plastic off of the silicone ring on the bottom of the speaker. It really helps to keep the speaker/light in one spot on your table.

This product is very easy to use. My husband and I both have Samsung Galaxy Note 5 phones. It comes up as LE Lights01 to pair, no code needed. It states paired, so there is no guessing with this speaker. You can use both separate from each other. You do not have to use both the light and speaker together. You tap the center of the light to make it turn on, and to go through the colors. The last choice before off, is a beat to the music mode, which is pretty cool to watch. It’s very disco that way. You can even use this to answer calls.

There are 6 different colors to choose from: red, blue, green, purple, light blue, then the disco mode. Tap and hold the center area, to go to the white color mode. It comes on in low, tap again to go to medium, and again to go to high. The fourth tap has the white light in flashing/beat mode, and the 5^th tap is off, for the light. You can just listen to music, audio books, videos, or anything you want via the Bluetooth speaker. The sound and volume are pretty nice on this speaker. All types of music have been pretty clear, and enjoyable to listen to. The controls are on one side of the light, and the ports are on the opposite side of the speaker. You can listen to music, etc.. via an Aux cable, Bluetooth, or Micro SD card. You need to supply the micro SD card. This unit charges via the included micro USB cable. The Aux cable is also included. It does hold a pretty good charge with it’s 2200mAh internal battery, but can be used while plugged in. I like that feature. Not all Bluetooth speakers can be used while plugged in, I have found. I love the hanger option. You can hang it from your hood while working on your car. You can hang it in your tent for lighting, or from your umbrella at the beach, or backyard patio. It does not get hot to the touch, so it’s safe for your children to use.

Overall, this is a fun, and very usable light/speaker. It has so many benefits, and can be used in many different ways. I have found it to be well made and durable. I, as usual, have dropped it quite a few times, lol. So, if you are slightly clumsy like me, you should be good with this product. It is a fun product to use.

A formidable opponent in the tumbler industry. – Greatness Lines’ 30 oz. Tumblers Value Pack.

Here is another cup that has entered the Stainless tumbler arena. I like how strong it came out to the market. It arrived with all the bells and whistles. I have the original 30oz Yeti Tumbler, and I love it. We also have quite a few of the competitors now, lol. Let me tell you, I compare them all to the Yeti, and against each other. I am very picky now, and demand that my ice not melt quickly. I always have a glass filled to the top with ice, and then I add my drink. With my constant anaphylactic reactions, I always have a swollen and raw throat. An icy drink all day, and I mean 24/7, really helps. So, I do not hold back if the cup doesn’t live up to my expectations. I am very, very happy to say, that this cup does indeed, keep my ice, ice, for a long time. I can take my cup, fill it with ice to the top, pour in room temperature soda, and then sip on it, like I usually do. When I go to refill it, I only have to add a couple cubes to keep it filled to the top with ice, lol. The cup measures out at 4” in diameter, at the top, and 8” tall to the top of the lid. It is just slightly more narrow at the top than my Yeti. I have a black carry handle, and it fits this tumbler by Greatness Line, but it just fits. It slides up to almost the top of the cup. But, the accessory is still quite usable and I am using it. Leaving my cup sit over night with ice and water, I still had a lot of ice left in the cup in the morning. It really works like my Yeti, so I am very happy with it. It’s made well. The tops seal very well. I love the straw and extra top that come with the cup. The stainless steel straw is thick and durable and long enough to really fit the cup. The diameter is large enough too, for a smoothie. The You can never really feel the temp of the drink inside of it, when holding it. It is always a comfortable temperature to hold. It is made out of 18/8 stainless steel. It will fit into my cup holders in my Honda. I’m sure due to the size, it might not fit into some. I have large cup holders in mine, fortunately. I really like everything about this complete set. You really can’t beat the price it’s at. Currently it’s at $19.95 for everything, which is great. It’s a formidable opponent in the tumbler arena.

Stands up to the competition. – Buy Chiefs’ 20oz Stainless Steel Tumbler with 4 Straws Bundle.

My family and I all use these new double walled stainless steel cups. I would feel bad about not using my Tervis cups, but these cups really help keep my cold drinks cold, longer, and our hot coffee drinks, hotter, longer. You really can’t lose with these. This is another brand (Chief) that has entered the competition among the stainless cup industry, lol. It is a 20oz stainless steel insulated cup, with a lid. The lid is just like the lid on our 20oz Yeti that we have. The seal is nice and tight, and holds very well. There is that usual small opening to drink out of. I like that they included the stainless steel straw that will fit into this cup. They actually include a set of 4 stainless steel straws, and 1 straw cleaning brush. This is definitely the eco-friendlier way to go over disposable straws. I have been using a stainless steel straw and cup for a very long time now, and I do not ever taste a flavor difference with the metal. This tumbler has been able to hold its’ own amongst its competitors that we own. I always have an ice cold drink with me, even bedside, so it’s important that my ice last as long as it can. If you just place ice in here, you will have some ice left in it the next day. My throat is always swollen due to frequent anaphylactic reactions, so this is a must have feature for me. I think that’s pretty wild that ice will last so long in this cup; I love that. This cup will not leach chemicals into your drink either. It is obviously BPA free. It will not shatter or crack on you, if you drop it. Your hands will not get cold or hot when holding this either, due to its’ great insulation. Since stainless steel doesn’t rust, you will not have to worry about your cup not lasting for you. We use a Keurig to make our coffee. This will not fit, but if you brew a large cup of coffee, that will fit in here perfectly, and allow enough room for milk. So, the large cup setting is a perfect match for this cup, if you add milk to your coffee. If you drink it black, it still fits, and there will be some room left over in it. Another great to go benefit, is that it will fit into your car cup holders well. It fits into all of my cup holders. This is another must have feature for us as well. This has held up to our testing, and our must haves. They even have it available in the 30oz size as well. It’s a welcomed addition to the stainless tumbler market.

Fogless mirror to the rescue. – Innovative Goods’ Modern Man Fog Free Shower and Bathroom Mirror.

My husband and older son are the face shavers in our home. So, having a fog free mirror is always a benefit to them. They can even be handy for non face shavers as well. A fog free mirror lets you check your contacts, or let you tweeze, or apply makeup after a shower. They are handy to have. Since this one, from Modern Man, is mobile, It is a portable mirror as well. You can use it anywhere, in home, and travel with it as well. The mirror itself has a suction cup mount, but it’s a little different to apply. You press the suction base of the mirror against your surface, and then you turn the base a few times, and this creates a really tight suction and firm hold. It does stay up on wet shower walls. The arm is tiny, lol, but it does rotate 360 degrees, so you can easily position the mirror to where you need it, which is pretty handy! The mirror arrives nicely packaged with a film over it. The fogless mirror itself was in great shape upon arrival. It’s a very crisp and clear mirror, even with their special fog free coating. They even included a razor holder free with the mirror. It has regular suction cups. Such a convenient way to store your razor in the shower! I always rest my razor on the side ledge. It always falls and knocks the blade off. So, I have claimed the razor holder for myself, lol. The mirror face is just under 7” across, and the mirror itself is 5 ¾” across. These are my measurements. It really is a great size, and enables you a great view of your face. I’m amazed at how lightweight it is. It comes in at half a pound in weight. It’s pretty durable as well, and won’t break with regular falls. I dropped it on purpose, and it didn’t even flinch. It also fell in the shower, when I hit it while washing my hair, and nothing happened to it at all. I did move it in the shower to where I wouldn’t hit it while washing my hair, and is stuck to my wet shower walls perfectly, and is still sitting there. I took a very long, hot shower, and the mirror did not fog up one bit. The pictures I took were immediately after I turned the water off. This mirror truly does not fog over. I was able to check my contacts after getting water in my eye. It’s crystal clear for my husband when he shaves in the shower. It definitely works as described.

Makes it easy to carry your tumbler. – K3 Brands’ 30 Ounce Yeti Tumbler Handle.

My mom and I use our 30oz Yeti Tumblers every day. She had a handle like this for her Tervis, so she was so happy to see this handle for the Yeti. This handle is from K3Brands on Amazon. It is made to fit the 30oz Yeti Tumbler, and their competitors as well. It fits like a glove too. Just slide you cup into it, and it holds on perfectly. It doesn’t slide down at all when you place your cup down on the table. It does make it easier to grab and go. You can actually carry more things since you have a firmer hold on your cup. It may sound weird, lol, but it’s true. The handle is made out of a thick, black plastic. This plastic is a “Food Grade Polypropylene”. The handle does not bend on you at all. It is a very sturdy, and reliable handle which is a great relief. I know I do not want to spill my icy drink all over me. I always have a glass full of ice, and a nice cool beverage. My mom always has her large ice coffee with her. We discovered that this handle does add a little weight to the lot, but not enough to make it too cumbersome; even for an older person like my mom. She even has some arthritis in her hands. The handle does make it easier to carry. The handle does not bend under the weight. It’s just very reliable and sturdy. It’s really easy to keep clean as well. The material doesn’t show fingerprints. It seems to always look nice and clean. I am very happy to see that it is just as useful as I hoped it would be.

Perfect for travel. – Alink’s Silicone Travel Size Bottles Set, 9 Pieces.

I am not new to silicone travel bottles. My family uses them all of the time, and I have given them as gifts. I am really impressed with this set from Alink on Amazon. This set is set up very differently from what I have received I the past, and I am really happy with what it entails. This is a 9 piece set, to start off with. It has 4 silicone bottles, 1 spatula, 3 crème containers and 1 reusable storage bag. The storage bottle are as follows: two 3oz bottles, one 2oz bottle, and one 1.25oz bottle. The three cream containers are 2/3oz each. The caps are screw on, and there is a clear cover that you can put on top of the cream, prior to placing the top on it. This really makes it a secure to travel with. The bottles are made out of Silicone. They are BPA free, and FDA and LFGB test approved. You don’t have to worry about any chemicals leaching their way into your products. I love silicone. It’s such a great material to work with. I have a lot of silicone bakeware I cook with all of the time. It is so durable, and long lasting. The bottles have the most unique labeling system built in to their caps too. The caps are a hard plastic. I find it easier to change the label, if I pull the silicone bottle out from the cap. Then, look inside the cap, and you will see the white plastic grooves. Just push on one, to the side, and you will see the inner label turn, and change the label. Each bottle has 5 label choices, as well as a blank choice. The choices are: Shamp, Cond, Lotion, Soap, and Sun. The printing is really legible too. I really love these label options. Just make sure the bottle is seated back in correctly, before screwing the cap back on. The mouths of the caps are wide. They are so easy to fill. Each cap has a built in silicone seal as well. It will not drip through unless you squeeze the bottle; pretty awesome. The included case probably won’t last a long time, lol. It’s a thinner, plastic bag, with the plastic slider that closes it. They normally do not last that long, but I would never use it to travel with. I have my own toiletry bag to use, as does the rest of my family. So, that really is not a break it thing for me at all. This is literally one of my favorite travel bottle sets I have ever used. At the moment they are great sizes and airline approved. You never know when they will change their policies, lol. I am very comfortable recommending this product.

Grooming time. – Heroic STAR Beard Brush Two Piece Set With Cloth Drawstring Bag Grooming Kit.

I have always loved natural bristle brushes. Any type of brush too: paint brushes, makeup brushes, house painting brushes, and yes, hair brushes. They are just so great to use, no matter what the application. I really love this set from the Belle Moi Group on Amazon. It’s their Heroic Star Beard Brush, 2 piece set. There is a brush with a handle, and then an oval, handheld brush without a handle. I love the storage bag that they arrive in. It’s washable and reusable. I can see using the bag to keep the travel brush stored in, and keep it clean. Technically, none are designated as a travel brush, but the one with no handle is so easy to pack, because it has no handle. This brush was given to my husband. He doesn’t have a beard since he is Army, but he has short hair, and these brushes are so wonderful on short hair. The brush with the handle has been given to my son, who absolutely loves it. My older son has been using a natural boar bristle brush for a couple years now, on his beard. The bristles are great on his beard. The bristles brush through your hair without pulling on them. You really aren’t going to damage your hair using these brushes, unless you did it on purpose. The wood used for these brushes is Beachwood. It has a nice varnish on them, and are made very well. The bristles are nice and dense. We had some loose bristles in both brushes when they arrived, and that is very normal for natural bristle brushes. There was no odor to the brushes at all. They are very clean, and feel great on your head. The natural bristles leave your hair looking soft. They are great on both wet and dry hair. You can also use it with oils, in case you like to brush a nice beard oil through your beard. You can wash your brush easily too. I just use a little hand soap, and wash it out in the sink. Then just shake the excess water out, and let it air dry. So, it’s really easy to take care of. This will help you keep your hair healthy and manageable. Since it feels so great on your head to use, you will find yourself taking better care of your hair. For example, my younger son hates brushing his care, but he is liking his new brush, and actually enjoys using it.

Vacuum saver bags like these are so handy. They definitely have their plus and minuses. I have used some in the past, and found using them for moving purposes, to be very handy indeed. This set is so unique to me, in the way that they include a hand pump with them. Is the hand pump the easiest thing to use, no. Is it the hardest, not for me. It takes persistence and a lot of pumping, lol. Think of it as a good arm workout. I alternated between arms. It’s not so bad, lol. I am pretty weak with constant anaphylactic reactions. I do love being able to use these bags without a vacuum cleaner. My current vacuum cleaners aren’t the type that I could attach to a bag like this. I love this option. They are like other bags I have used. The seal is finicky. You really have to work it to make sure it’s tight. One end opens like a giant zip lock bag. If there is one tiny spec not clicked sealed, your bag will be puffed full of air in a few hours. That happened to me with these bags as well. There is a plastic piece on each bag that you can squeeze and pull along the whole zipper area to help you seal it. Do not rely on it though! I also had to use my hands to fully run along it, and finish clicking these spec like areas closed. This is common with these type of bags, no matter what the brand. This is from my personal experience too. When filling them, you need to remember not to overfill them. If you do, the pressure of pulling the air out, may pop the seal on the zipper area. The valve cap area on my bags are holding very well. I have not had a leak through this area as of yet. It is still holding as I type, lol. You can use these to make packing easier for trips, too. Just remember to pack the hand pump, for the return trip.

You will get 6 bags and 1 hand pump in this set. The bags come in two sizes: Three 35X28 inches and three 28X20 inches. These are handy for blankets, sheets, towels, clothes, scrap material for crafters, and more. They are really handy. Fair warning for animal owners. Do not store these in an area where they can get there little claws or beaks into them. They will quickly inflate this way, lol. For example, my moms friend stored them under her bed, and her cats found them. She came home to her bed elevated off of the floor, lol.

The perfect grind. – AFL Product’s Manual Coffee Grinder with Conical Ceramic Burr.

We are big coffee drinkers in my family. We love drinking organic coffee. I have insane food allergies and we get it now and then. We buy whole bean and grind it ourselves, for even more yummy freshness. There really is a difference in flavor. We have an electric grinder, but I have to admit, manual grinders are better on coffee beans. My husband really prefers it, and so do I. It’s quieter, lol, and the manual grinders are easier to clean and maintain. They do a better job on the grind as well. There is a ceramic burr in this one. In our personal experience, ceramic lasts longer, and does an amazing job in grinding. It keeps it’s “sharpness” a lot longer than traditional metal. You can adjust and set your coarseness. Just do it before putting your coffee beans in it, lol. If you are using a coffee press, or putting it into a Keurig cup, and need a coarser grind. That is easy with this. I do it and use my Keurig cups for the most part. It works perfectly. This grinder is made out of stainless steel. It is pretty durable and perfect for travel. Stainless also doesn’t naturally harbor bacteria, mold, or fungus. Included in this set is the grinder, a handle, a storage bag, and a cleaning brush. You just need to provide the muscle power and the coffee beans. The handle does not screw on. It is a separate piece that just gets placed on top while you use it. The top cap comes off, and that is where you place your coffee beans. The ground coffee then falls into the lower portion of the unit, and gets stored there until you need it. You can see the ground amount in it. There are two clear panels in the lower compartment. This particular unit is also compatible with the Aeropress, if you have it. I do not own it, so I was unable to test that out personally. The bottom portion was hard to remove the first time out. I was able to rock it back and forth and get it off that way. After that one time, it was easy to do, like my other manual grinders. If you travel a lot for pleasure, or work, this is perfect for you. You can easily make fresh coffee on the go with this unit. I love that they included both the cleaning brush and the drawstring storage bag. They really did think of everything. After you grind your coffee, just use the brush to clean out the top portion and what is visible of the grinder. That’s all you have to do. It really takes no muscle at all to grind it. Even when I am weak after an anaphylactic reaction, I can turn this grinder. I think people hate to hear the word, manual, lol. Don’t scare away from it with this. It really is easy to do, and quick to do as well.

Yes, fresh coffee unplugged. – AFL Product’s Single Cup Coffee Spoon Filter, X2.

We love coffee in our home. My guys are big drinkers of the coffee, and so is my mom. That is pretty much all my mother drinks. I was really excited when I saw these spoons. I mean, I have tea infusers, but I had never heard of coffee ones; brilliant! You can use these at work and have fresh, yummy coffee, so easily. There are two in this package. That is great for a couple, or if you want to leave one at home, and one at work. These work like tea infusers too. These particular coffee filter spoons are made out of stainless steel mesh and BPA free plastic. The plastic handles keep you from burning your fingers. They do not absorb the heat form the hot coffee like metal would. The basket slides, so do not try to open it. I almost broke mine doing that. Such a duh moment for me. The top literally just slides to the right to open. Grab the tab at the end of the spoon part, and push it to the right. Then fill it with your fresh ground coffee, and place it in your cup of hot water. It works better for course ground coffee, otherwise some grounds will get into your cup. Just stir it in your cup, and then let it steep for a few minutes. Almost just like a coffee press, and tea infusers. So simple, quick, and easy. Then after your coffee, just open it up, dump the grounds, and rinse out the spoon. These are dishwasher safe, but rinsing them out by hand is faster. If you are using them at work, rinsing them would be your only option anyway. You can use these in RV’s, hotels, at work, camping, and more. It’s really a neat new kitchen gadget to have.
