A fun baking set. – BrilliantChef’s Complete Bundle.

I do all of the cooking in my house. Since I have insane life threatening food allergies, I do it all from scratch. I really enjoy baking though. This is a fun set from BrillianChef. I do love silicone bakeware and cookware. It’s so easy to store, especially if you have a smaller kitchen like I do. It can be smashed together, folded, and piled, a lot easier than metal bakeware. This particular muffin pan is made out of 100% food grade silicone. It is nontoxic and BPA free, as well as FDA approved. They included some liners, as well as a spatula and pastry brush too. You can choose to use the liners or not. If you do not, I always grease the cups, so It’s easier to pop them out. To pop your cupcakes out without liners, just push slowly from underneath. You can also do this when washing them, to get all of the cake residue off of the pan. You can make candies, chocolates, cupcakes, brownies, meatloaf cakes, mini potpies, soap, and more in this pan. I love how temperature friendly silicone is. It can go from freezer to microwave to the oven. It is even dishwasher safe. This silicone pan can tolerate temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. It cannot handle open flame! I like this muffin pan. The walls are nice and thick. They really hold their shape. They did not skimp making this pan. It has 12 slots, just like any other muffin pan. You do, however, need to play it on top of a cookie sheet, or something like that. It’s flexible, since it is silicone, and when filled, can be easy to spill getting it in and out of the oven. The included spatula is also silicone, and has a plastic handle. The same goes for the pastry brush. They clean real easily, and are made well. It really tops this off as a nice baking set.

Beach Time. – Kids To Discover’s Beach Toy Set in Reusable Zippered Bag with Mesh Bag.

It’s almost beach time here in NC, so excited. We live by the coast, and beach toys are a Spring thing. We all start gathering up our summer essentials. I even know a lot of adults that like to have a shovel and a sifter to look for shark teeth with. That would include myself. I love, love, love that this Kids TO Discover set comes with a mesh storage bag. It makes getting those toys to and from the beach, so much easier. My son is not a massive helper when it comes to these things. Give him a bag like this though, and all of a sudden, he can manage it. This set arrives in a clear, vinyl storage bag, and the mesh bag is stored inside of it with the toys. The toys that arrive with this set are: 2 Sand Castle Molds (7″x5″) and (6″x5″), 6 sand molds (alligator, crocodile, turtle, bunny, dinosaur, castle wall), 1 sand sifter, 1 watering can, 1 rake and 1 shovel. The larger sand castle mold is the bucket with handle. My items were different colors from the pictures posted on the ad page, so know that you will get a random color selection. All of my items were yellow, red, green, blue and orange. The sifter is really a lid attachment for the main bucket. It doesn’t snap on, but fits on well. If you want to rinse off your seashells, you can hold the hold the lid on the bucket while tipping the bucket upside down. You can sift a lot of sand through this lid. It also has 2 holes it in, so it’s not just a sifter. It’s definitely a different set up than a lot of beach toys like this. Otherwise it has a lot of similarities. The items are made out of plastic. The shovel and rake are larger than most. Adults can comfortably hold the handles. These are sand quality items, not for digging in dirt and rocks. This is a fun set, and we can’t wait for it to stay warm, lol. Two days ago it was in the 80’s and today it’s in the 50’s and raining. Come on Summer time fun!

Yea, coloring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s fun for both adults and children. Even if you think you don’t like coloring, I bet you still have fun helping your kids, lol. That’s what we adults do. Drawing is fun, whether it be free hand or in one of those new Adult Coloring books going around. This is a set of 24 colored pencils. They used high quality pigments, and it shows when you are drawing. The coverage is great, and they are soft to write with. You can do shading well, hard line drawing well; full spectrum colored pencils. These are water resistant, fade resistant/light resistant. They arrive pre-sharpened and ready to go. Mine sharpen easily as well. I absolutely love how vibrant the colors are. They really make your pictures come alive. My son is 8 and likes the adult coloring books as well. He thinks kids coloring books are too childish for him now. I’m so glad there’s this option for him now. With adult coloring books, you need better quality pencils. The areas to color can be so fine and dainty. You can layer with these and blend. Wait till you use them the first time, you will be so happy with them. I, until recently, have only been using low end pencils, that I buy for my son. I always hated using those. They just do not cover well at all. After moving on up to high quality colored pencils, I can never go back again. I used them years ago in Art School. I am so glad they are back in my life. There is no comparison. My son is now officially spoiled too, lol. Coloring, drawing, creating, is so relaxing. I am so glad there are quality colored pencils like these from Crown Art. The colors are just so vibrant in this set.

Yea! Emoji Cups from Kangaroo’s Emoji Universe: Emoji Tumblers.

Emojis are everywhere. It’s either time to run, or enjoy the craze. My guys are enjoying the craze. Even my 70 year old mother thinks they are fun. If you think about it, they are the updated version of the Happy Face icon. They are very cheery, indeed. You get 2 fun cups in this set from kangaroo. They are both 16oz cups. The straw is removable, but they won’t just fall out. They have a rim which prevents it from falling out. You have to pull them out after the lid is removed. These cups are acrylic plastic, and they are BPA free. That is always a great thing. Quality wise, these are very similar to a lot of cups, but with the new emoji theme. They are both different, so there will be no drink mix ups. One is a mixture of all things emoji, and the other is a more simplified form, not so busy. My lids screw on perfectly. The threading was well done. I hate when you get a cup, and you can never really get the top to go on straight. I throw those right away, lol. I have been hand washing these, and will continue to do so. It’s my experience with cups like this, that they maintain their looks better this way. Something about the heat of the dishwasher, causes lines and cracks in the finish, over time. I have not tested these in the dishwasher, I have just been hand washing. I have no troubles whatsoever with these. They just smile at you while you are enjoying your drink. My 8 year old thinks these are so happy and fun. It’s nice when you can bring enjoyment to your kids in such a simple way.

I love these knobs. They are so pretty. I have always loved the old glass knobs from the past, so I am so happy to see glass knobs coming back in style. It adds some bling and sparkle into our lives. Everyone needs some sparkle too. These knobs arrived in perfect condition. They are individually wrapped inside their own box, inside of another box. The set of 10 screws will be in a separate little bag. You will get 10 knobs in this set. These are 40mm in diameter glass knobs. The metal base is 25mm in size. These are great for cabinet doors, and drawers. You can also use them to build your own hanging rack for jewelry, clothes, etc.. These are round knobs, and have so many facets cut in them. Mine arrived in perfect condition. They are sooooooooooo pretty! Because of their size, they are extremely easy to grasp and use. The light plays off of the facets in the glass and really makes them shine. The metal base was done in a silver tone, with a high polish chrome shine. The knobs are secured to the base securely. I do not have an issues with mine. The price point is low for 10 knobs like this. They are currently at $20.99 with free Prime shipping. That is a lot less than my local hardware store; almost by half. They are definitely worth ordering.

Years ago I did in home day care. I also have raised 3 boys. I so wish I had owned straps like this back then. I was always worried about furniture toppling over. These are so easy to set up. No measuring and thinking necessary, like it you are trying to make your own mounts. These are set to go out of the package. When my oldest was little he immediately pulled a bookshelf down at my sisters. My second child climbed everything and used to freak me out. Straps like this are so important to have. They can literally save your child’s life. I am pretty happy with this set up too. They include everything but the tools needed to install. You will need a mixture of a larger flat head bit, to a couple different sized Phillips Head bits for this project. You get 1 complete set to secure 1 TV or piece of furniture to a wall, or the TV to its console table. There are 2 straps in this package, so if you have a large wall unit, you may need more. The straps are made out of what appears to be Nylon webbing, like you see on your backpack or some belts. The mounting plates are metal, and quite durable. The straps are threaded through a tough metal buckle with a lot of teeth on it. It will not move on you at all. You have to press it in order to move the strap through. The straps are 34 inches long, each. They even included several sized screws to help suit your mounting needs. You can mount your TV to the console or wall. Our house is on stilts, and we have the Marines fly over all the time. The TV shakes a lot, lol. So between that and my 8 year old bouncing around, Grandma has been very worried about the TV. These straps have come in handy with easing her mind. I love how light the TVs are, but they sure don’t stay put like the older box like ones, that’s for sure. I’m very happy with the quality of these straps.

Jumbo Cartoon Hands from Kangaroo on Amazon.

It’s fun to dress up in costume. My son loves to for fun. These cartoon hands are hilarious. Hey scream Mickey Mouse to me. These are so soft and cushy. They have the usual glove slip on, but since the finger holes are so large, it’s no big deal to have two fingers in one. It is only a four finger glove, after all. These gloves go to the start of your wrist. The top of the hand is highly padded, but the underside is not. That way you can still bend and grasp with your hand. The fingers are highly padded as well. They do not state what material is used for the gloves, but it reminds me of a polyester with fiberfill filling. The stitching on the gloves was done well. I have no loose threads, or poor stitching on mine. My gloves did not have any weird odor to them as well. These really are hilarious. I think they are great for Halloween, dress up, and if your little ones are always fighting each, make them put these on first, lol.
