Easy to use. – Ozeri’s Savore Soft Touch Electric Pepper Mill and Grinder.

Honestly, I never thought about using battery operated pepper grinders before living with my mother again. She is 70 and has arthritis in her hands. You start to look at things differently when you watch someone have difficulties with a task you find simple. She loves pepper too, and Himalayan Pink Salt. There is a big difference in flavor too, between freshly ground, and pre-ground. Freshly ground is sooooooo much better. This particular pepper grinder from Ozeri is pretty easy to operate. It does require 6 AAA batteries, and they are not included. No tool is necessary to access the battery compartment either. The top half of the bottle unscrews. You unscrew this area to both fill it with your spice of choice, as well as to access the battery compartment. Once you unscrew it, turn the handle upside down. You will see two white tabs. Press these towards each other, and this unlatches the battery compartment. Pull it out and you will see the area for the 6 batteries. Now that you’ve both filled it with your spice and batteries, close it up. Now, on the outside of the unit, you can choose your ground size: small, medium, and large. It’s so easy to adjust too. I like the small. It allows some fine and larger grounds thru. We chose to put some pink Himalayan salt in ours. Then, just press the large silver button on the top of it. So easy, and it works so well. The motor doesn’t sound like it’s even near to struggling to grind it. It uses a ceramic grinder. I love ceramic grinders. Our coffee grinders are ceramic. They stay sharper longer, and enable a consistent grind for a much longer period. This unit’s outer container is clear and rubber coated plastic materials. The food itself sits in the clear container, so you know how much you have. The handle has a rubbery coating, which gives it a soft feel, but affords an easy and comfortable grip. It also doesn’t gather finger prints as fast as others. This is such a great working unit. It’s a soft touch to operate, and it works so well. This pepper mill is a great addition to our home.

Incredible sound with Apie’s Best In-ear Headphones Earbuds.

I use headphones if I have to take a call while driving. I only accept calls from my husband and kids. But, when I do, I’ve noticed that wired headphones tend to deliver a lot clearer calls for the other person, over Bluetooth headphones. Road noise is a huge problem for the listener. Wired headphones can cut a lot more of it out compared to Bluetooth. I’ve experienced the same. My husband drives a lot for his regular job. He talks to me using headphones. If he wears Bluetooth ones, I am always asking him to repeat himself. That can get annoying for both partners. I really like these wired headphones. The shape is unique, but they sit well in ear. They do not wiggle around on me, and are pretty comfortable to wear. They have a mic, and a button to accept and hang up from calls. This same button will also pause your music when you need to. This button is located on the wire on a little bar. It is readily accessible without looking, which is great when you are driving, or working. These headphones have a metal casing and “exclusive tuning technology triband clear, natural, unique sensing technology to suppress high frequency glitches”. That’s a mouth full. They really do keep the music sounding enjoyable, and clear. Very clear I must say. It’s very relaxing to be able to sit and just enjoy your music without interference, or glitching. They also come with 2 pairs of spare silicone earbuds, and a velvet drawstring storage bag. These also offer some nice noise cancellation as well. They used neodymium iron boron magnets to move coil drive units in each earbud. This allows the smooth music play. There is a higher sensitivity response and a broader frequency range because of the magnets. I honestly wasn’t expecting such nice sound out of a pair of headphones that only cost $11.99 right now.

I love the wire on these. It has a slick covering to it, and it really amps these up aesthetically. Overall, they are pretty sharp looking. I really can’t find one negative with these headphones, and I looked.

What lady doesn’t love jewelry. Jewelry can reflect your attitude for the day. It can even change the mood you are in. I have my favorite outfits, that I tend to wear over and over. Outfits can even be changed up just by adding different jewelry. These earrings are just so pretty. I love the shiny 925 Sterling Silver that they are made out of. They will go easy on your ears, while adding a beautiful style. The freshwater cultured Pearl has a soft gold hue to it; so pretty. The color is soft, so they can be worn with a lot of other colors. Especially since it’s mounted on Sterling Silver. The pearl is flanked by small, clear stones. All the stones on my earrings were set well, and in good shape. Because of the size they do not weigh my ears down. I even forget that they are on. The soft gold hue even picks up some of the colors in your outfit. Today, I wore a pink top and sweater, and my mom thought I was wearing pink earrings. These earrings resemble a heart to me, somewhat. I think the design is quite lovely and appropriate for a large age range.

A parent’s dream. -Kriss Imports’ BLOKPOD The Modern 2 in 1 Toy Box and Storage Solution.

My son loves Lego’s, but then, don’t most kids. I even love building the kits. The one downside to Legos is sorting, and storing all of the pieces. This container is amazing. It is so large, and see thru. You can see everything you need. And the container sorts them down by size; so awesome! This Blokpod should have come into my life years ago, lol. It is such a great size at 17 ¼ inches tall, and 10 inches in diameter. You get three rows of very durable, plastic containers, divided by a mesh barrier. The mesh barrier’s holes’ decrease in size on the way down to the bottom layer/ Now. They are all hooked up together but can be opened by a twist and pull movement. At first, they can be difficult to do. I had trouble removing the lid upon arrival. After you do it a few times, it gets easier. The top of the container has two large hand holes in it, which makes it easy to grab and hold. The mesh layers are also different colors. Red has the largest holes, yellow the second largest, and the blue has the smallest holes in it. They state that this container is compatible with: “LEGO, Mega Bloks, K’Nex, Rokenbok, Best-Lock”. I do not have all of those, but I have Legos and Megablocks, as well as some generic blocks. They are working well with my awesome Blokpod. This is really a great way to get a lot of storage space in a singular unit. They even offer a 15 year warranty on the parts of this product. That actually blows my mind.

Color it up with Soucolor’s Premium Colored Pencils.

I love color. So it only makes sense that I like to use colored pencils. I homeschool my son, and nowadays almost all of the curriculum is on the computer. Colored pencils are inspiring and used for fun, but is also helps him with his handwriting skills. This Soucolor pack is a 48 pack of colored pencils. They arrive well sharpened and ready to roll. All of mine arrived in perfect condition as well. They are nontoxic, so your children can use them. These also have a 3.3mm core, and the colors are true. They cover pretty well while drawing. I did not have to go over an area to get coverage. I love the deep and vibrant colors. You can use these anywhere from doodling to art work. Premium pigments were used with these pencils, and you can tell. They write soft, and with easy coverage. The really cool feature to these pencils is that they were made out of reforested quality cedar wood. They have a hexagonal shape to them, and they are comfortable to hold and draw with. You really can’t go wrong with this set.

Archival ink! – Boshi’s Black Office Pens.

We go through a lot of pens in our home. From anywhere from crossword puzzles, to homeschooling, to work. Getting them in larger quantities is key, but sometimes, you just don’t get a quality pen that way. We are really happy with this set. They write very smoothly, and are comfortable to hold and write with. You will get 12 pens in your box. They are black ink gel pens. I was able to write with them, and then run my finger over the words I had just written, with no smudging at all. That actually really surprised me. These are click button pens. Just press the top of the pen in to both begin and stop writing with the pen. These are also refillable ink pens too. The pocket clip is plastic, but it is a pretty tight pocket clip nonetheless. The center of the pen is clear, so you can actually see how much ink you have left. When you first get these pens, you will need to remove a little red plastic cap off the tips of the pens. This was in place to protect them in shipment. It just pops right off. The pen may be plastic, but the tip is made out of stainless steel. It is durable and well made. The lower part of the pen, where you hold it, has a rubber grip on it. This makes it very comfortable to write with. They are currently priced at $13.99 with free prime shipping. That makes it only $1.17 a pen, plus tax. A lot cheaper this way, over buying a pack of two gel pens at the local store. This way you don’t run out as fast either. They state they use archival quality ink. It is acid free, and both waterproof and fade resistant. You can use this to document your family tree, or your precious scrap book memories.

Stays put, and fun for all. – Galaxy’s 1 Piece Car Silicone Placemat & Tray, Blue.

My son is a wiggler. He sends everything flying, and he is 8, lol. I really like this plate. It stays put. Yes, if they wanted to, they could still send it to the floor, but it would be on purpose with this plate. The size of this silicone plate is amazing. Even my 21 year old likes it, lol. He still likes some foods divided, and this plate has the two circular smaller sections, as well as the large main compartment. You can even serve yourself chips and dip with this thing. You can be watching your shows and not have to worry about knocking the bowl over, or off the coffee table, because you were too into your game. I know a lot of people like this. Since it is silicone, it stays put, like it suctioned to your table. This plate is thick, and very durable. I was quite impressed with its stature upon arrival. My plate measures out at 14 ¾” long and 10 inches wide. The cups are just under 1 inch deep. It is made out of food-grade silicone that’s free of BPA, PVC, lead and phthalates. You can throw this in the dishwasher and microwave, if it will fit. Silicone can even handle the freezer, in case you wanted to use it as a chocolate mold, etc.. We are really happy with this plate. You can travel with it since it’s so flexible and durable. It cleans up so easily as well. It really is worth every penny, we just love it.

Thick, soft, and absorbent. – Prymal’s Hot Yoga Towel 72 X 38 Non Slip.

Microfiber towels are great. We already have a few in our home. They really do absorb so much more water, and moisture than regular towels, and dry faster as well. They are a perfect marriage for sports, and not just yoga. Depending on your yoga pad, you can use some of that towel stay spray, and lie this down on top of your pad for hot yoga, or regular yoga if you tend to sweat a lot. It does stay well without it though. You can use this large towel poolside for your child who wants to be dried off quickly. My son likes it done quickly, so this is great for him. My guys are commercial electricians. They get rained on, or highly sweaty. I have equipped both of them with yoga towels like this one. They just dry so quickly, and are so absorbent. This towel arrived in perfect condition. All of the stitching at the ends was done tight and on point. The towel arrived with no odd odor to it. I love the size at 72 inches long and 38 inches wide. It will cover your entire yoga mat. They have the Prymal name nicely embroidered on one side. They grey color doesn’t show sweat stains, lol. It’s great for both men and women. It rolls up nicely, and is highly portable. I’ve had towels like this made out of different weights and textures. This one has a moderate, but soft texture. It is also nice and thick for microfiber. It’s not rough, but it’s not ultra-smooth. That is why it’s a great one for the yoga mat as well; not slippery. It feels really nice against your skin. I am really happy with the quality of this towel. I definitely give it two thumbs up.

Yummy. – Bellemain’s Ravioli Maker with Cutting Frame and Mold.

I do all of my own cooking from scratch. I have no choice really, since I suffer from an immense amount of food allergies. Because of this I haven’t been able to serve my family ravioli in a long, long time, and they love it. I also can’t tolerate cheap, inferior cooking tools. I was really excited to get this ravioli maker the setup is definitely quality made. It should last a long, long time. The base is a thick aluminum metal base. It has the cut outs for 12 large square, ravioli. Each square is framed by a metal ridge. You drape your pasta dough over the metal squares. Then you take the nonstick plastic press, and push it down gently into the pasta, and then remove it. This leaves the cup indents for the ravioli. Then take a spoon, and add a dollop of your chosen ravioli filling. Now, it’s time to place the top layer of pasta dough on. You can use a roller or your hand, and press it down, working out all the air, and pushing the two layers together. Using a long plate or a cutting board, turn the press over to release the ravioli from the press. You can also just use your hand too. Then take a knife, or ravioli wheel to separate the ravioli and excess pasta. I do not own a ravioli wheel. If the pasta sticks to the metal frame, just tap it a few times. I am really happy with this ravioli press. It’s pretty impressive. Now, I really have to create a solid pasta dough, before making an edible meal for my family, lol. You can think both dinner and dessert with these. People make dessert raviolis as well. The finished raviolis are an inch square. This set needs to be washed by hand. The suggested pasta sheet size to be used with this press is: 14 inches long x 6 inches wide, with a thickness of 1/16^th of an inch. I could not find anything I didn’t really like about this press.

Secure it with Groovy Baby Products’ Furniture Wall Straps with Metal Buckles for Extra Safety (2-Pack).

Years ago I did in home day care. I also have raised 3 boys. I so wish I had owned straps like this back then. I was always worried about furniture toppling over. These are so easy to set up. No measuring and thinking necessary, like it you are trying to make your own mounts. These are set to go out of the package. When my oldest was little he immediately pulled a bookshelf down at my sisters. My second child climbed everything and used to freak me out. Straps like this are so important to have. They can literally save your child’s life. I am pretty happy with this set up too. They include everything but the tools needed to install. You will need a mixture of a larger flat head bit, to a couple different sized Phillips Head bits for this project. You get 1 complete set to secure 1 TV or piece of furniture to a wall, or the TV to its console table. There are 2 straps in this package, so if you have a large wall unit, you may need more. The straps are made out of what appears to be Nylon webbing, like you see on your backpack or some belts. The mounting plates are metal, and quite durable. The straps are threaded through a tough metal buckle with a lot of teeth on it. It will not move on you at all. You have to press it in order to move the strap through. The straps are 34 inches long, each. They even included several sized screws to help suit your mounting needs. You can mount your TV to the console or wall. Our house is on stilts, and we have the Marines fly over all the time. The TV shakes a lot, lol. So between that and my 8 year old bouncing around, Grandma has been very worried about the TV. These straps have come in handy with easing her mind. I love how light the TVs are, but they sure don’t stay put like the older box like ones, that’s for sure. I’m very happy with the quality of these straps.
