A refined way to handle your spirits. – Decodyne’s Shot Flask.

I have to admit, I have never owned a flask before. I’ve seen some really cool ones. I think this one fits the bill. It’s very masculine, stainless steel and has it’s own built in cup. The cup reminds me of the plastic collapsible cups me and my sister had when we were kids. This brings back some happy memories. I am really glad that I was afforded the opportunity to review Decodyne’s Shot Flask in exchange for an unbiased and honest review. I love this adult version of the collapsible cup. It’s quite sturdy since it’s stainless steel. Just pull up tight, and it’s a solid cup. I have to admit, it’s fun to play with, lol.
This flask has an 8oz capacity. 8oz is 1 cup. It does not open up to be cleaned, but I know a safe, natural way to sterilize. As an in- home pediatric nurse, years ago, lol, we used to sterilize trach supplies in vinegar. You need to soak for a solid 24 hours. So you can fill the flask with vinegar and let it sit when you are not using it for a day, easy peasy. Alcohol itself keeps things from getting grungy anyhow, but you can use a flask for other liquids. I was teasing my husband and said I should put my Benadryl in the flask. I have a lot of allergic reactions, and always have Benadryl with me. He thought it was a fun idea. You also don’t have to worry about any rusting, or chemicals leaching through since it’s made from stainless steel. Having a flask can be really handy. Good alcohol can be very expensive. If you are going to a friend’s house, you may not want to bring the whole bottle. Same thing holds true if tailgating before a game. Sometimes, self control comes with having a limited amount available, lol. At least I have known some people like this. I sure we all do.
Besides being made out of stainless steel, it is wrapped in genuine leather. It feels really nice in hand. The leather also affords a good grip. so it shouldn’t slip out of your hand. If you place the flask down, I’d advise closing it up first. It’s tall but narrow, so it’s easy to tip over. The cap is also stainless steel, and it screws on and off. It is attached to the flask so you don’t have to worry about dropping or losing the cap. The cup itself collapses and just pushes into it’s complimenting hole in the side of the flask. It fits in very snug so it won’t just fall out. To remove it, I used my pocket knife to pry it out. Stronger hands might be able to just pull it out. I’m sure it will loosen some over time. I really appreciate the cup addition. Drinking straight out of a flask is slightly unrefined, you can say. And, with a cup option, you don’t feel weird sharing the spirits.
For a flask, this one is pretty top notch. I feel comfortable in recommending this product.

A cleaner and more effecient way to separate your eggs. – Sharinna Creative Kitchenware’s Silicone Egg Separator.

I really enjoy cooking. Well more so if I have someone clean up for me, lol. I make everything from scratch, even desserts. Up until now, I have used the old, use your egg shells to separate method. I was afforded the opportunity to review Sharinna Creative Kitchenware’s Silicone Round Egg Yolk Separator in exchange for an unbiased and honest review. It’s always fun to try out new kitchen gadgets, and silicone is a perfect match for the kitchen. It’s so easy to clean and take care of.
This egg separator is actually 2 pieces. The clear end pulls out to be cleaned. It’s really easy to clean the center once this piece is removed. You just push it to get it back in. There are directions clearly stated on the box on how to use this egg separator. I found that holding the separator at more of an angle allowed me to pull the yolk in without too much egg white.
Step 1: Once the egg is cracked into your bowl, squeeze the egg separator.
Step 2: Then you place the squeezed separator up to the yolk at a slight angle.
Step 3: Lastly, let off of the squeeze semi slowly. As you get toward the end of the yolk start to angle up, so it doesn’t pull up too much egg white with it.

If you have to do a lot of eggs, this is definitely a cleaner, more hygienic way of doing it. You don’t really get egg on your hands and then cross contaminate around your kitchen. Raw egg is known to cause Salmonella.
This unit works well, but it may take some practice to perfect your technique. The perfect time to do this is when you are going to make scrambled eggs or an omelet.
Separating your yolks is common for certain diets, dessert recipes, and even some meal preparation. This is definitely easier, cleaner and more efficient when needing to do more than a couple eggs. I see how this can be a beneficial addition to my kitchen tools and yours.

Apply makeup with ease with Nanshy’s 4 in 1 Mint Green Beauty Blender Sponge.

Nanshy’s Marvel 4 in 1 Mint Green Beauty Blender is a little different from the rest. It’s not your regular 3 in 1. The packaging makes it look really special too. Inside the box, the sponge itself is also wrapped to maintain it’s cleanliness and integrity. I was sent this beauty sponge for the purpose of inspection and unbiased review. Nasty’s beauty sponge is latex free, odor free and hypoallergenic. These are qualities I look for in a product like this.
My daughter in law is a licensed aesthetician. I went over the sponge with her. Some key points to look for in a good beauty sponge is how it’s made of course. This sponge is dense, but oh so soft to the touch. It’s a great size to hold and manipulate. It’s height is 2.4″ and the width is 2″. It’s really easy to clean. Just hand wash it thoroughly with an antibacterial soap and ring out and let air dry. This sponge will last longer if you keep it clean. The pointy tip of the sponge is great for applying makeup directly to blemishes, and to get into tight areas, like the crease of your nose and deep in by the eyes. I really like the flat on the sponge. My other beauty sponge doesn’t have this part. This is great for stippling your makeup around your eyes and nose. To me, that also includes the areas between your eyes and above. It’s really easy to hold onto the sponge because of the hourglass shape. The rounded bottom works really well for getting around the larger parts of your face. This is a great sponge for blending, highlighting and contouring. A good tool like this beauty sponge makes doing those things easier, especially if you’re a novice.
All makeup types work well with this sponge. I use all natural powder pigments, even for my eyeliner. The tip is great for cleaning up the areas right by your eye. You have to wet powdered pigment to use it as eyeliner. Since you pretty much paint it on, I occasionally have areas to fix, lol. This is the same for my blush. Natural pigment powdered blush goes on a little stronger in color than regular blush. A sponge like this helps you blend it in for a more natural look.
This a very well made, easy to use sponge. Or, more accurately, makes it easier to apply your makeup. I feel very comfortable in recommending this product.

The perfect toy storage for your bathroom by Uberdrops.

I am on my third child, and I so wish that I had owned this Toy Buddy bath storage by Uberdrops, for all three. Needless to say, I am thrilled I own it now. Better late than never. It is so hard to find strong, easy to install, bath toy storage. This is large enough to fit even a pail, if your child wanted to. I am thrilled that I was afforded the opportunity to review Uberdrops Bath Toy Storage for the purpose of inspection and unbiased review.

I can’t tell you how many times I have fallen because of bath toys in my shower. I am so lucky all I have ever ended up with is bruised pride, bruises and broken toys. My cheap, big box store, bath storage holders have never stood up to the challenge. The suction cups aren’t strong enough and/or the compartment isn’t big enough to actually handle the toys.

With this unit, you get 4 over sized suction cups. These are used to attach the unit to your bath wall. To install the suction cup, make sure the area you are going to attach the unit to is clean. Place the two in the corner area first. It’s easier to gauge the outer ones this way. The hook on the suction cup will be up. Once the suction cup is against the wall snugly, push the hook downwards. This attaches the suction cup to the wall. After my two corner ones were installed, I placed the coordinating tabs on the unit onto the hooks. This way I was able to tell where to place the outer suction cups. There are 4 fabric tabs that drape over the hooks. The fabric is very durable. The mesh appears to be very strong too. All the water drains out easily from the mesh bottom of this unit. In the photo I attached, you will see that I placed a bath pillow, a cup and a bunch of water activated sharks, lol. He loves those things. There is still so much room left in the storage basket too. Because this storage basket is draped onto the hooks, it is easily removed to be washed. I would place it in a delicates bag when you wash it because of the mesh. The mesh and fabric basket is approx. 21″ across and 12″ deep. Because it’s so large, it’s easy enough for your little one to be able to put the toys in here themselves. We as a family definitely give this two thumbs up, and recommend it for your family.

One incredible Dog Deterrent and Personal Safety Alarm – C&J Pet Supplies Ultrasonic Pet Repellent and Personal Alarm.

I love animals, and they love me. Unfortunately, I am deathly allergic to dogs. By that, I mean that if they walk even close to me, my throat starts to swell shut. Animals love me though, and I am a magnet. If there is a dog off it’s leash in the neighborhood, it will find me and my son when we are trying to take a leisurely walk. I normally walk and my son rides his bike next to me. That makes us a double attraction. Dogs like to go after bikes and they always want to jump on me. The sad thing is, I actually love, love, love dogs. They’re so cute. I was even the victim of a German Shepherd dog attack when I was around 8. So I know first hand what it feels like to be attacked. I would never wish that upon anyone, especially my son. I am just thrilled that I was afforded the opportunity to review Shenen’s Jianfeng Electronic Pet Product Co. In the box you will get the red alarm unit, the trip wires, instructions, a wrist strap, and a ac power adapter charger. You can carry an inverter in your and charge this on the go too. I always have an inverter in my car, but then I like to be prepared. When you get this unit in, it is advised to charge it for at least 7 hours for the first charge. The light on the charger will turn to green when fully charged.
The trip wires are a great idea. These wrap around anything you don’t want taken from you while you are out. For example, your purse or luggage. If your purse is grabbed away from you, the wire will separate from the unit, causing an ear piercing alarm. I just love this feature. As a child, I have a clear memory of my mom being mugged of her purse in Mexico. They didn’t have things like this back then. I was going to take a video, until I realized how ear piecing it was, lol. Wow, does this system work.
On the back of the unit, there is an on/off switch. Make sure it is on. On the left side, if the unit is facing you, there is an expel/alarm button. If you want to expel dogs, you leave it on expel. If you are going to use this as a personal alarm, turn it to alarm. Only do this if you need the alarm. It goes off right away and it is super loud and ear piercing. If you have attached the trip wires to it, you can put it on alarm without it going off until the wire is separated, then the alarm goes off. I suggest practicing with this unit outside. I sure did. On the right of the unit are two separate buttons. The top button is a fire button. This is too set off the dog deterrent ultrasonic alarm and light. You will not here anything, but you will see the light flashing. The button below is the lamp button. This turns the flashlight on. This unit is very lightweight. I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was going to be heavier. Anyone from child to elderly could easily carry this. You will know if the unit is charged if you press a button and the green light goes on. Make sure your unit is charged before going out. If you are going to rely on it for safety, you have to do your part.
I am very pleased and quite impressed with this small unit. I didn’t get to test it on an attacking dog, fortunately, but it did send my neighbors dog running to the other side of their house. It is definitely going to be part of my routine. I feel very comfortable in recommending this product.

Works perfectly for family photos and fits my Galaxy Note 4. – Bluetooth Selfie Stick by Cellacc.

I am quite excited that this Bluetooth Selfie Stick by Cellacc actually fits my Galaxy Note 4. I am so happy that I was afforded the chance to review this product at a discount in exchange for an unbiased and honest review. It is so easy to operate and pretty much self explanatory. They do include a small instruction sheet in the box. They also include the USB cord needed to charge the base unit. You will want to do this first thing so it’s ready to go when you are. The micro usb slot is on the bottom of the handle. The tiny on/off switch is above the charging port. The metal handle extends pretty far. It actually made me nervous to have my phone extended that far out, lol. It extends out approx. 40″ depending on where you measure to. They include a small mirror to attach to the handle instead of your phone. You can check your self out with this, or your surroundings. The phone cradle screws onto the handle pretty securely. It moves full circle and bends back and forth to assume any needed position for that shot or video. It’s pretty tough too. I moved that around pretty hard and stood up to the test. When syncing it to your phone, make sure you have your Bluetooth turned on. Go to your settings, and press to search for available devices. Make sure you pressed the pairing button on the handle of the selfie stick too. Then just click connect when you see it pop up on your settings. My husband and I find a self stick useful in taking family photos. We can actually take photos of us with our youngest at the same time. Usually one of us is left out of the photo. I am quite pleased by this unit and feel quite comfortable in recommending it.

Great for visiblity and safety – Bodhi Product’s Rechargeable Bike Light Set.

This is a fantastic light set up. Not only does it provide incredible visibility and safety on your bike, but it also works as a regular flashlight. I am thrilled that I was sent Bodhi Product’s Rechargeable Bike Light Set at a reduced rate in exchange for an unbiased and honest review. I am an LED light nut. I truly believe you can’t have enough in your home in case of an emergency. Nothing is worse than being stuck in the dark overnight because the power went out. I also hate the feeling of passing a bicyclist on the road ,and the pit in the stomach feeling because you came so close to them. Dawn, Dusk, night time, bicyclists are so hard to see. A light like this would make them extremely visible and so much safer. My son used to go out for long bike rides, and make stops on the way. Sometimes he’d end up coming home while it was getting dark out. Time would get away from him. I know that happens to a lot of them. Having the light attachment on the fron of your bike would make you remember to attach the light before heading out.
This light comes with the handlebar attachment, a battery charger, 1 18650 rechargeable battery, 1 LED flashlight, 1 AAA battery adapter, and 1 red taillight. Unfortunately there are no instructions in the box, lol. You will get an email from the company though with full operating instructions. I’m glad they did. I couldn’t get the taillight to work until I read them. I know items with batteries normally have something to remove before you use them. just couldn’t find them. Just take the batteries out, the plastic shield will be evident. Remove it and you are good to go. Before you do anything, take the 18650 battery out of the big flashlight, plug the included charger in and charge that battery. It will take at least 5 hours to charge. There is another thin plastic disc in there too to remove before placing the fully charged 18650 battery back into the flashlight.
The taillight has it’s rubber strap attached. The light itself is made from aircraft grade aluminum. The on/off switch is the light itself. Compress it once to turn on flashing fast, press again to have slower flashing, and press again to have the red light stay on with no flashing. This light is removable from it’s rubber strap. The rubber strap hooks on. If you do a lot of bumpy riding, you may want to secure it further. More than likely it won’t come off, but I’m one of those better safe than sorry people, lol.
The big flashlight is separate from the handlebar attachment. The handlebar attachment is self explanatory to put on. It is very secure. The light fits in very snugly too. You really have to push the flashlight to get it into the holder. I think it’s great to have a light set up like this. If you need to get off your bike and it’s dark, you can remove the light. This light has focusing action too. You slide the head out to focus on a point, and push it all the way in to have the beam widespread. It’s labeled as x1 to x2000 on the side of the flashlight. The bevel is jagged. We call this a DNA catcher. If the worst happens and someone try’s to victimize you, the head of this light is sharp. It will scratch if not cut the perpetrator, getting some of there DNA. This light has the wrist strap already attached. Instead of using an 18650, you can use the AAA adapter and three AAA batteries. I think carrying the adapter and three AAA batteries as a backup in your bike back would be very handy to do. This is a very bright flashlight. Make sure you are pointing it light down when you put the battery in, or it will blind you. This light is made very well. The battery fits in nice and tight with the included battery sleeve. There is no rattling noted when you shake the flashlight. The tail switch is also very reactive. The body of this light is made of aircraft grade aluminum. They do not give a lumen rating on this light but they do stay it will light up to 500 ft. It is very bright and does light up a distance.
This is definitely a solid, and very useful set up and I feel comfortable in recommending it.

Laminas’ 24 Cup Silicone Muffin Pan makes perfect baked goods.

Wow, this pan really makes mini muffin/cupcake making easy. I haven’t made mini cupcakes in years. It is such a pain to make sure every speck of the muffin tin is greased properly. I always end up having some part stick and break off. I don’t tolerate that very well, lol. Laminas sent me their 24 Cup Silicone Muffin Pan & Cupcake Baking Pan for an unbiased and honest review. I took this as a challenge, haha.
I do have to admit, I am a big fan of food grade, bpa free silicone in the kitchen. It is really making cooking easier. Silicone has such a great temperature range it can handle. It can handle temperatures from the freezer up to 450 degrees F. It cools off faster than metal too, which helps from getting burned. I have burned myself numerous times by grabbing the pan before it cools off. I also absolutely love the fact that I don’t have to grease and flour my pans prior to cooking. Besides saving money, it saves food waste and added fat to your foods.
So, for the challenge… When the pan arrived, I quickly washed it and made a batch of vanilla cupcakes. (I have to make everything from scratch due to insane food allergies, so I really appreciate it when my baking pans don’t mess up my food.) I pored my batter directly into all 24 cupcake molds. I baked them at 350 for about 20 minutes. After removing them from the oven, I waited about 10 minutes and stated removing the cupcakes with my bare hands. Not one stuck. Every cupcake came out perfectly. I was and am still thrilled by this. I attached a photo to show the first cupcake removed. You’ll notice that no residue was left behind; absolutely awesome.
So, they won the challenge, and I am so glad they did. I like making smaller size servings. It’s healthier, and there is normally less waste. I feel very comfortable in recommending such a great product.

One refined Razor and Shaving Brush Stand from Slate Shave.

This is a very sharp looking stand. We already have a regular chrome one, but I am really liking the sharp look of Slate Shave’s Black Chrome Razor and Shaving Brush Stand. I was sent this stand for the purpose of inspection and review. I attached a photo of a set I had made for my son this past Christmas. I really think this stand looks fantastic with it. It’s very masculine and refined looking . The base is solid and weighted. You will not be accidently knocking this over. If it goes over, you did it on purpose, lol. The brush side fit our brush perfectly. I do know that some brushes have a fatter handle. We have one like this. These are normally the cheaper brushes. All you need to do is tie a leather or paracord cord around the handle tightly and leave a loop. Now you can hang it from the stand so it can dry properly and not have it’s bristles damaged. You can also do a leather loop to hang your straight razor from the razor side, if that is what you use. So with creativity you can use a disposable razor, a reusable razor, a safety razor and a straight razor, with this stand. I also like how the black chrome finish doesn’t leave nearly as many fingerprints. A definite plus in my book. I feel very comfortable in recommending this for any man who shaves.
