It’s great having extra tote bags on hand. Whether it be for trips, outings to regular stores, or even to use instead of grocery bags. There are so many cheaply made bags on the market nowadays too, and even they can break open on you, which is maddening. Or, my favorite, the handle rips off when you have a full load. That is a pet peeve. I always check the handles, and stitching now, before I will use a bag. The handles on this bag are made pretty well. I’ve pulled and pulled on them, and they are staying put so far. The stitching of the actual bag is done pretty well. It is not the best I have seen, but definitely not the worst.

The handles are made out of the same material that the bag is made out of. It is made out of 100% cotton canvas material. The measurements are 17 ½” wide, by 3 ¼” deep, by 17” long. This is only the bag, not the straps. These are my measurements. I like that. It actually makes the bag bigger than stated. The drop on the handles is 11 ½”. I was excited about this bag, because it is easy to personalize. Since it is a cotton canvas material, it can even take photo transfers to it. I did a lot of research on it, and actually ordered some photo mod podge like product, so I can do it, lol. You can also decorate it with buttons, jewels, and other crafting Knick knacks. You can paint on a design, or even do your children’s handprints, as a gift for Grandma. Overall, I love the size of this bag, I love the material, and the storage this bag provides. Mine arrived in perfect condition. It had no stains, tears, holes, or odor to it upon arrival. I am very happy with this bag.

(Now excuse my messy Mod Podge attempt, lol. You have to be careful on getting Mod Podge on anything but your photo you want to transfer. Lesson learned. Otherwise, the material of this page took this craft process perfectly.)

Customized products are so fun to both do and receive. I’ve been able to do a few customized products recently, and it is always a memorable experience. Our photo albums are so different from years ago, and we don’t just sit and randomly go through old photos. So, seeing products with special photos on them, is such a great experience. They are only available in surprise packs. So, I had a picture of him in his costume. I chose to upload that picture. Now he has his Foxy necklace, and it’s really him. He just loves, loves, loves it. The chain is the usual ball chain that accompanies this style necklace. It can fit over your head, at 24”. But, it does have the usual clasp opening as well. The charm itself is 2” long and 1 ¼” wide. The photo will be printed on one side, and the backside is all white. The photo I uploaded is bright, vivid, and clear. When you go to purchase this item, you have to have your photo ready to upload. You cannot even put the item in your cart without having the photo ready. So have that in mind when ordering a customized product. If it comes up as your file is too large, just crop your photo and reload it. It works almost every time. Since it is aluminum, you won’t have to worry about it rusting. The finish was done professionally, and we just love it. This is a great product for anyone as a gift, or of your spouses or family members’ photo, while they are deployed. Or even as a memento of a loved one that has passed.

Fast charging, baby! – Topgreener’s TU1152QC3 Quick Charge 3.0 USB Charger Outlet 2 Fast Ports

Electricity is pretty much the life blood of people nowadays. Nothing runs without power. Our electronics have evolved so much over the years, and we really haven’t updated our homes and offices, to keep up. It’s not always convenient to plug in adapters. It’s aesthetically not pretty to look at. They can be bulky, and knocked out the outlet easily. I also experience a lot of issues with a lot of fast charging adapters. I have them burn out a lot, and/or they get really hot to the touch, while in use. I have other outlets from this company, and they are really nice. My husband is a commercial electrician, so he is picky about the outlets we install and use. He really likes their products as well. This particular outlet is one of their newer ones. It is the first “In-Wall Qualcomm® Certified Quick Charge 3.0 USB charger featuring up to 4X faster Charging to Enabled Devices”. That’s impressive, and I feel assured going into a new product, seeing that certification. This particular outlet actually arrives with three different colored face plates. The white cover arrives installed on the unit, and a separate beige, and black cover, are individually wrapped in the box. A surprise to me, was that this time, they included a micro USB cord with this outlet. We just use android devices, so we love that. But then, most items, other than phones and tablets, use micro USBs to charge as well. This particular outlet has 1 – 3 prong plug outlet, and 2 – 2.4Amp max output, according to the devices’ power needs, ports. It will not over charge your item, as well as give it more power than it needs. It has smart charging as well as fast charging abilities.

We installed this outlet in our kitchen that’s being renovated. Kitchen areas tend to be a hub, for most families. It’s nice to be able to just plug in charge. Our devices link up right away with this outlet. With their included cord, or our other Samsung fast charger cords, it actually comes up on our phones as Fast Charging. It is most definitely a fast charger. We can charge our phones from almost dead, to full, in about 30-40 minutes. A task, which normally takes at least two hours on regular chargers. Our phones actually tell you when you have real fast charging going on. So, I most definitely believe their claims on this outlet. This outlet is a normal install. It sits a little deeper than some basic outlets, but most boxes are sized to accept these larger ones. It sits 1 ½” deep. It can also be installed in a GFCI outlet too. It can be tricky to remove their faceplates. There is a little indent on the end of the plate. You can place a butter knife, or flat head screwdriver, into this area, and pop it off, if needed. We used the white plate that came installed on it. Now, you do need to supply your own Cover plate for this outlet. They can be found easily at your local hardware store. We went with a stainless steel one for this outlet. This 15A outlet is also tamper proof in case you have little children. Some can’t resist trying to push things into outlets. So, no worries with this one. Overall, this is a great working product. It is reliable and made well. It was easy to install and supplies actual fast charging, as described.

Bring some magic into your life. – Fantasma Toys’ Retro Magic Table Set.

I may be an adult, but this is the coolest setup for magician wannabees. I have two older boys, now 22 and 26, and a 9 year old, who is at prime magician in training age. My older sons would have loves, loved, loved this set. I could never find anything like this even remotely affordable when they were young, so I am extra thrilled with this set. It is well thought out, well planned. No, it is not professional quality, but I did not expect anything like that in a children’s toy. I love how it all folds back into the table. Every parents dream. This set includes all of the classics. I mean the ball and cup routine is even done with pet nowadays, lol. Here is the actual list of what comes in this set: “Magic Table Case (2 legs 3 feet), 3 Cups, 4 Balls, 4 Metal Rings, Magic Wand, Flying Coins, Magic Box, Money Paddle, Magic Cards, 2 Bizarre Boomerangs, Vanishing coin, Instruction Video Download and Book of Secrets.” I indeed receive everything stated too. They are the normal children’s magic toy quality I have purchased separately in the past. So, I am very happy with that. To buy all these separately would be a lot more money indeed, from my personal experience.

My 9 year old is so computer oriented, I love being able to get him something that will pull him away from the computer, but still allowing him to use the computer to grow an learn in the craft. That tie it in with the downloadable features, and video. He also watched YouTube videos on these magic tricks as well. We love the look of the table. It screams magic. It really is a blast, and they look soooooooo precious when they set up to do magic. It’s not the sturdiest table. I would let your kids know you can’t lean on it, just use it as a work base. It is made out of real wood, which is great. The base can be tricky. If one of the three legs won’t fit into a hole, just keep moving it around, and I finally was able to fit them all in just right. It gets easier with use, too. Yet again, it is what I expected, and I love it. There are so many tricks to learn and do with what is included. We absolutely love this set.

I have done many blogs on the 30oz Stainless Tumbler trend and competition. We, as a family, have even converted to them, and use them solely, for the most part. Now, we can add a splash of color to our original stainless tumblers, without having to, unnecessarily, ordering a new colored tumbler. Which, by the way, can be pricey. We can add a splash of color, and change out our cups, by just changing out the lid. I ordered their vibrant pink colored lid, but they do have it available in 7 colors in all. The colors available are all vibrant and deep, translucent colors: Purple, Light Purple, Pink, Green, Orange, Red, Blue. The lid has the sliding cover that completely covers up the drinking spout, for a splash free walk around town, or just to your vehicle. It holds really well too. If your cup dumps over, liquid will leak through the sliding port cover. It is not fully leak proof. There is a wide, and thick silicone ring that creates a really tight seal in the 30oz Yeti tumbler, as well as some of the competitors. I obviously only have a few competitors to test it on. I have one of the competitors that, unfortunately, did not make their opening dimension the same. So, this will not fit with a cup like that. This lid is made out of BPA free plastic. Which, really doesn’t matter, since your drink does not rest in it. It is dishwasher safe, although I only hand wash mine, like everything else. I love how well packaged it comes too. It is mailed in a regular box, not mail order shrink wrap packaging, lol. So, it is definitely a gift worthy item, and the perfect stocking stuffer with the holidays approaching. You can even order colors for the holidays, like orange for Halloween and Thanksgiving. Red or Green for Christmas, and on and on. I am so happy with this lids’ quality. I am comfortable recommending it.

Sparkles! – Gao Ges’ LED String Lights -100 Leds, 33 feet Copper Wire.

I absolutely love fairy lights on copper wire. First off, I love, love, love copper. No clue why, but I do. The color is so rich and vibrant. It has always been a favorite of mine. I was thrilled when they first came out with these lights. So, I am not new to them. This set is waterproof, but the waterproofing of the outdoor outlet will be up to you. That part is not waterproof. This particular set from the Gao Ge store on Amazon, is 33 feet long, and has 100 LEDs on it. 100 beautiful, warm white, LEDs. The thin copper wire is surprisingly more durable than you would think, and the LEDs are interwoven into the wire. I think it’s pretty cool how they do this. This particular set is a one mode set. They stay steady on. The cord does separate; in case you have a remote set up. These lights will accept it. Fortunately, the lead line is a good length (18”), which makes setup easier. This wire really stays put too. You can wrap it around almost anything, and it won’t budge. For example, I had a set of solar powered fairy lights, copper ones like these. I wrapped them around the landing banister of the deck. It stayed out for almost a year, before the cord was cut by the edger. We had a hurricane go through, and a ton of storms. They never, ever budged an inch. I just wrapped them around the banister too. I did not use anything at all to keep them in place. I love LEDs, they are so durable, and just keep on going, no matter what. They have a really long life span, thousands of hours. This company did not state the specific amount of hours from what I could find. From my past with this type of light, it’s normally around 50,000 hours.

These lights do not get hot to the touch at all, so little ones won’t hurt themselves if they accidently touch them. These lights use so little energy as well. They only consume 12W of power. You can do almost anything with these, as long as you have a nearby outlet. They have a regular 2 prong plug on them. You can place them inside a bottle. You can decorate your patio like I did, or your bedroom, wreaths, pictures, behind frames, and more. With the holidays coming up, you can decorate around your decorations with these. Since they are so neutral, and offer a warm white light, they can be used year round as well. There is really nothing I do not like about these lights. I am a big, big fan.

Incredible clarity at great distances. – Petpop’s Wolfroad 6-24X50mm Aoeg Optic Duplex Reticle Rifle Scope.

When you talk about scope’s, I smile. I have been needing a stronger scope. I am always weary about ordering one online too. If you wear contacts, or don’t have perfect vision, you need to be pickier about your scope. I tried it on my AR for the review, even though it’s a little large for it. It actual sits very securely on it. This one is a complete set. It comes with 1 CR2032 lithium battery, 2 scope rings with Allen wrench, 1 microfiber cleaning cloth, the scope, dual lens cap, and a great sheet of instructions. The instruction sheet is great at telling you how to adjust the scope to get it sighted. No tools are required to place the battery. This is a really easy scope to set up and use.

The lens cap covers are not solid; you can actually see through them as well. This is a great feature if you are setting up. One less worry about scratching the lenses during the process. I walked about outside at first playing with the scope, to see if the clarity was going to meet my needs. I have temperamental eyes due to reactions from my frequent anaphylactic reactions. I need a very clear, strong scope for distance. I was very happily surprised with this scope. Up until this point, I have only had real luck with my son’s pricey Nikon one. I was able to see houses across the inner coastal, from where I was, very, very clearly. I had a blast looking around everywhere, and seeing things I haven’t been able to see. I am so impressed with this scope.

It didn’t matter if I shook the scope, freely swung it while walking, or constantly handling it. The setting didn’t change a bit. It is a fog proof and shock proof scope. Going from the air conditioned room, out to the heat of outdoors, and back in, I had no lens change. It stayed nice and clear. It’s not winter here, so that is the best I could test it out. It also has a dual illuminated duplex reticle. It is versatile from a 6x to 24x magnification range. The objective is adjustable from 15ft to “infinity”, lol, their words. But, since it is quite clear, for such a long range, it feels like that to me. You can use the scope with or without the illuminated reticle on. You actually have the choice of red or green. Otherwise, it will be the regular black reticle. It is very easy to operate as well. I used my current mount for the scope, but the tools necessary to mount the scope rings is a 7/64ths Allen Wrench. I suggest you get your own, instead of using the one included. It is just a small, straight one, and it is hard to grasp and turn. I grabbed one from my tool bag, and it was so much easier to use.

(If you look past the light green house, you’ll see houses in the distance, across the inner coastal. I could see these very clearly and in detail, through this scope.)

Basic common sense when sighting it in. You need to keep your eye at least 3-4 inches from the scope. Play with your eye relief, before tightening the scope down in the rings. You can adjust the eye relief, the magnification, and the objective, easily with this scope. The scope rings included are for 20mm Weaver Dovetail Rails, only, if you choose to use the included rings. They are simple rings, thin, and will raise your scope about 1 ¼”. Overall, this is a great scope. It is still new to us at this point, but the clarity is unbelievable. The distance you can see seems to go on and on. I love the reticle choices, be it red, green, or regular non-illuminated. A fantastic scope even if your battery dies. I can see so clearly; I do not even have to close an eye to focus in. I have no complaints so far.

Lol, was the first reaction I had to this mug. I find it absolutely hilarious, and I can picture so many people I know, using it too. I specifically got this mug for my oldest. He runs his own company, and can be quite stressed. This mug can give him a sense of amusement for sure. When it’s placed on your table, it looks like such a happy, sweet mug. When you tip it up, ba bammmm! I love it. The middle finger image is 3D. You can feel it and understand it, even if you were blind. So, everyone can enjoy this mug. The, Have A Nice Day, words are not in 3D, unfortunately. They are printed on nicely though. The words are also only printed on one side of the mug only. They state that this is a 14oz mug, but I measured the amount of fluid that can comfortably fit into the mug. You can fit 10oz of fluid in it, and still be able to walk to your table, desk, etc., with it. Any more than that, it will probably slosh over the rim. The rim is curved downward to make for a comfortable drinking experience. It feels comfortable on the lips, is what my mom likes to say. And, it is very comfortable to hold. You can comfortably fit your 4 fingers into the handle, if you have smaller hands. Otherwise, there is room for three, which isn’t as comfortable. This mug is also designed for right handers, due to the positioning of the Have A Nice Day statement and the finger direction under the mug. Our mug arrived in perfect condition. I had no discolorations, scratches, or chips in the mug. This is most definitely a gift worthy product. It comes nicely packaged, and will bring an instant smile, once they see the bottom, lol. It’s the perfect coworker gift for sure. We absolutely love it.

I love how organized this lighting kit arrives. I am a nut for storage and organization. I do a lot of videos. I have a backdrop that is a little plain right now, but the lighting is never what it should be. I also homeschool my son, and he obviously never gets school photos done. I was so inspired by this lighting set. I’m going to initiate my own, taken at home, homeschool yearly photo. I constitute this a homeschool win, and any homeschooling family can do the same. This set arrives with a great, well-constructed storage bag. It is made out of the material like backpacks are made out of. It has a double zipper on the bag, which make access very easy. Inside of the bag you have 2 white umbrellas, and 2 black umbrellas. They operate just like any regular umbrella. They just do not have a handle. You then have 3 lights, 3 light bulbs, 2 tall tripod stands, 1 smaller tripod stand, and 1 book of instructions. The bulbs included are compact fluorescents, and they are 45 watts each, and have a 5500K. That is close to natural daylight. I recommend trading them out for LED, if you are going to be traveling with them. Compact fluorescents have Mercury in them, and can be broken easily. I like how they included a separate bag for the actual lights. I thought that was a very nice touch. It is not padded, however. You can easily throw a couple microfiber cloths in the bag as padding, which can then be used to clean your lenses with as well. The bulbs that can fit are the regular type bulbs, E26. The white umbrellas the translucent ones, and the black umbrellas are the Reflex ones, or more reflective ones. The instruction pamphlet is pretty nice and easy to follow. Even for a first timer like me. I am used to tripods from my past in music as well as my tripods I use for my backdrop. The tripods are metal, and easy to operate. They very bottom of the tripods are like flat plastic. They do not have a lot of grip to them, but I can’t see that being an issue. Otherwise, they are solid tripods. They function smoothly, and are just like all my other tripods I have currently, and the ones from my past. You screw to tighten into position, and it holds well. You attach each lamp base to the tripod, screw in the lightbulb, and thread the umbrella through the lamp base as well. It’s pretty easy to do. If you are new to this system like I am, it’s a test and see situation with where to angle the lights and umbrellas to achieve the desired lighting. I’m sure a pro can do it in minutes. The umbrellas are made well. They open and close with ease. One of my umbrellas had the end cap fall out a couple times. I glued it back in, and I no longer have issues. The material is in perfect condition. The bags are constructed well. There was no odor to any part of the kit. All the stitching is tight and on point, and my zippers are performing smoothly. Overall, this is a great kit. It really covers all the basic needs. You can change the light bulbs out for what your preference is for your situations. I am comfortable recommending this product.

One fad that stands the test of time. -Perfect Life Ideas’ Pin Art.

I have wanted one of these since I was much younger, lol. I remember when they were the biggest phase, and even businessmen had them on their desks. But, sadly enough, I never had one, lol. This one is a little different than the original. But, it still has the cool factor to it. The pins are not metal, but made out of plastic, so children are less apt to hurt themselves, or you, with it. It currently is only available in the blue coloring as well. It is still a great size for a desk. Its measurements are only: 5″ x 3.75″ x 2.25″. So, it doesn’t take up a lot of room. This is great for inspiration, to spark your creativity, or even to help you relax. You can just play around and make your own creations, or you can push an object into it to emulate its shape. My son is big at fidgeting. This is a huge win for a fidgety person. They can just sit and push away, even without a purpose. I have known children with sensory disorders, and one thing that would help them handle a bunch of external stimulation was to hold, and do something with their hands. Be it a rubbing stone, or something they can fidget with. This could be great for some of those children and adults. It’s a pretty silent way for them to keep too much stimulation in check. Of course, as a parent, I love that no batteries, or electricity are required. Your children can actually be amused without power. Imagine that. My son absolutely loves this thing. He plays with it non-stop, while at his computer. He has a lot of fun creating with it. Overall, it’s a fun way to be creative. It’s made well, and runs with no store bought power. I’m glad I finally got my hands on one. It brought back a lot of memories.
