Chocolicious! – Wild Dark Chocolate Powder.

I love chocolate. But, since I have developed insane food allergies, as well as allergies to additives, and preservatives, it’s hard for me to buy it. The same goes for cocoa powder. I love this product for several reasons: Non GMO, Organic, and Incredible flavor. I received the smallest of the sizes available: 4oz. But, they also have it available in an 8oz package, as well as a 12oz package. I like being able to get a smaller batch of a new product. I hate wasting food, if I do not like it, or if it tuens out I cannot tolerate it. I love companies who are proud to say they use Non GMO ingredients. These is 100% natural, and organic. I love the consistency, the flavor, and the fact that the package reseals easily during use. I love knowing that when I bake for my family, that they are at least eating a chemical free, and healthy dessert. I hate knowing that so many carcinogenic ingredients are in so many foods nowadays; it’s horrifying. This product is easy to use. Use it like any other cocoa product. It’s perfect to bake with and has a wonderful, wonderful flavor. I really can’t say enough positive. I absolutely love this product.

Time to up my game with Royal Classique’s 15 Piece Professional Grade Stainless Steel Russian Piping Tips (Large).

We love to bake in our home. I make everything from scratch, including my icing. I, however, have never really done any piping, or cake decorating. I really didn’t even know there were different sizes of tips available. Low, and behold, there are, lol. This set of stainless steel icing decorating tips comes in the Large size. Let me tell you this, they are large; very substantial, I must say. You get 15 tips in this set. They do require a Large Coupler to be used. It is not included in the set, but I was able to find one easily. Unfortunately, the named brand coupler I ordered in size Large did not come close to fitting these. It turns out you need to buy one specifically in size Large for Russian tips. The shape is different. I found this website where you can order one. ( https://jazzypicks.com/shop/piping-nozzle-coupler-fits-russian-nozzles). I used the no coupler method, and watched a video on YouTube, lol. They arrived stacked in one box, but individually wrapped inside the box. They are really easy to store since they stack together. I’m sure the box won’t last long, and then I’ll probably use a sandwich bag, or small container to store them with the bags I bought. They are made well. The metal is pretty thick. They are not bendy at all. These are called Russian tips. They are FDA food safe certified. Here are the dimensions: “Upper Diameter: 0.9 inch, Lower Diameter: 1.4 inch, Height: 1.5 inch”. My husband saw these and said they look like something professionals would use. His mom used to make wedding cakes years ago. Lol, I’m still trying to figure out how to attach the disposable bags, and not get icing all over myself. I’m loving and highly appreciate the quality. They should last a long, long time, if not a lifetime. Since I make everything from scratch, I’m looking toward to learning how to decorate my desserts at a fancier level. Due to insane food allergies, I can never, ever, purchase store bought, so this may make my family members desserts more special for them on special occasions. Clean up is easy with these tips too. Not only are they dishwasher safe, since they are so large, they are really, really easy to clean out. You don’t have to worry about cleaning up narrow, hard to reach crevices with these. I really have nothing negative to say about this set. They are well made, and a great variety of patterns. I can’t wait to learn and grow my decorating skills. I never use low quality cooking tools since I have to do everything from scratch, and these are definitely professional quality decorating tips.

A fun baking set. – BrilliantChef’s Complete Bundle.

I do all of the cooking in my house. Since I have insane life threatening food allergies, I do it all from scratch. I really enjoy baking though. This is a fun set from BrillianChef. I do love silicone bakeware and cookware. It’s so easy to store, especially if you have a smaller kitchen like I do. It can be smashed together, folded, and piled, a lot easier than metal bakeware. This particular muffin pan is made out of 100% food grade silicone. It is nontoxic and BPA free, as well as FDA approved. They included some liners, as well as a spatula and pastry brush too. You can choose to use the liners or not. If you do not, I always grease the cups, so It’s easier to pop them out. To pop your cupcakes out without liners, just push slowly from underneath. You can also do this when washing them, to get all of the cake residue off of the pan. You can make candies, chocolates, cupcakes, brownies, meatloaf cakes, mini potpies, soap, and more in this pan. I love how temperature friendly silicone is. It can go from freezer to microwave to the oven. It is even dishwasher safe. This silicone pan can tolerate temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. It cannot handle open flame! I like this muffin pan. The walls are nice and thick. They really hold their shape. They did not skimp making this pan. It has 12 slots, just like any other muffin pan. You do, however, need to play it on top of a cookie sheet, or something like that. It’s flexible, since it is silicone, and when filled, can be easy to spill getting it in and out of the oven. The included spatula is also silicone, and has a plastic handle. The same goes for the pastry brush. They clean real easily, and are made well. It really tops this off as a nice baking set.
