I am not new to magnetic therapy jewelry. I find it fun and unique to wear. It does bring a warmth to the area you are wearing it, but increasing the circulation to the area. It’s really marrying the principle of form and function. I am a big copper fan as well. I love the material, and it doesn’t hurt that my husband is an electrician, lol. I get to see a lot of copper wire. I was thrilled to be able to review this bracelet. I received the gorgeous men’s version. They do offer it for women as well. The bracelet arrives very nicely packaged. It arrives fully wrapped to ensure a flawless finish. There is a tiny pull tab, so you know where to start unwrapping it. The wrapped bracelet arrives in a nice gift box. It is also in a velvet drawstring bag for added protection, and then perfect storage when not being worn. Also included with the bracelet is a plastic link removal tool. It’s nice that they include it. It helps hold the bracelet, while pushing the desired link out. Remember to save a pin for when you go to attach the bracelet back together. The bracelet is gorgeous. It is made out of pure copper (99.9%), and then there are 17 strong magnets spaced out throughout the bracelet. You can see them from the underside of the bracelet, not the topside. So, no one but you will know that it is a magnetic bracelet. The magnets are over 3000 Gauss each, which is a magnetic value. That just means it’s a stronger magnet. The bracelet is 8 ¼” long, and 1.2cm in width. I think it’s gorgeous on my husbands’ wrist! It is quite durable. It has to be. My husband is a rough and tough kind of guy, so it wouldn’t last for him if it wasn’t. The clasp is easy to do, and has been very reliable. It clips shut nice and securely, and you shouldn’t have to worry about it opening up on it. I love the unique look of the copper. The sunlight really plays off of it. It’s a stunning look, no matter what your style.

A great all natural anti-inflammatory agent. – Schwartz Bioresearch’s Turmeric Curcumin with Bioperine 1500mg.

I am a big Turmeric user I have been using it for almost two years now, and it really has made a difference in my life. I am also not new to this brand of Turmeric from Schwartz Bioresearch. I love the strength on this batch. It is stronger, at 1500mg per serving with Bioperine. As always, it is also a Non GMO product. I really look for this in my supplements too. So much healthier. Turmeric like this, really helps cut down inflammation. With my constant anaphylactic reactions, I would not be here without my supplements I take. I no longer even take any ibuprofen since I added on the Turmeric. I had an insane headache that lasted for days, after a reaction. Instead of taking ibuprofen, I decided to take an extra dose of my Schwartz Turmeric with Bioperine, and it knocked it out. I have no clue why I had not thought of that before. I take it day and night on a daily basis, and then take additional doses now during painful flare-ups. It really, really helps.

I do not take products, that have these unnecessary additive type of ingredients. The purpose of taking a supplement is to enhance your life, not hurt it. Bioperine is necessary when taking Turmeric. It helps with the absorption. That is why they add it, in case you were wondering. The serving size for this product is 3 capsules a day. There are 90 in the bottle, for a 30 day supply. The capsules are narrow, and easy to swallow. Since my throat closes all of the time, this is really important for me. They do not have any weird after taste to them, or odor to deal with. They have never upset my stomach or digestive system. I have never burped it up after taking it either. Inflammation is a problem with most disease processes to. Turmeric is so healthy for you overall, and the added benefit of reducing your inflammation is absolutely fantastic. I can’t ever imagine not taking it. I have been using organic castor oil for a few years now. I use it in my homemade soap, as well as straight out of the bottle. I absolutely love this product. This particular bottle of Organic Castor Oil from FoxBrim, on Amazon, is one of my favorites. The bottle is a great size, and I keep it in the bathroom as part of my skincare regimen. I rotate my all natural oils during the week, and this is one of them. I have used this product in the past, so I am very familiar with it, and can honestly say it’s one of my favorites. It is a 4oz glass bottle. It’s a dark brown glass bottle. No chemicals will leach into it since it’s a glass bottle too. Castor oil is extracted from the Castor seed. No Hexane was used to process this product either. People don’t realize it, but a lot of horrible chemicals are used to process what are supposed to be healthy oils. This is organic and Hexane free. Castor oil is known for its high antioxidant count and anti-inflammatory properties. That is what makes it great for skin care. The oil is on the thicker side. Even though, it does seep into the skin. I like to use it as a lip gloss too, since it’s thicker. It doesn’t taste bad as a lip gloss either, lol. I get a ton of allergic breakouts, and quickly keep them at bay with natural oils. This Castor oil has been very beneficial to my skin. I use it on my face and throat a lot, since that is where I have most of my issues. It’s amazing how fast this natural oil can heal a sore, whereas any prescription I’ve received has not healed my skin. They start to improve it, but then it stops working. I only use natural oils now. Since it is thicker, sometimes I add a couple drops of my tea tree oil to it, and then rub it on my affected area. It’s a very healthy carrier oil when I use it like that. Castor oil is also rich in fatty acids, which also makes it very healthy for your hair, skin, and nails. It really does help too, from my personal experience. You can rub this on your feet before bedtime, and around your nailbeds. I love it in my homemade soaps. This is just a win, win product. There was no animal testing done with this brand. It is a cold pressed, unrefined organic product. I most definitely recommend it.

My daily supplement. – Schwartz Bioresearches’ Turmeric Curcumin with Bioperine.

Turmeric is one of my staples. I take it twice a day, and I never plan on stopping. I am not new to Turmeric from Schwartz Bioresearch.  I have taken it in the past, and I am glad to be taking it again. I am very, very picky about the supplements I take. I have a Nursing background and numerous life threatening allergies. I literally depend on a handful of quality supplements to keep me healthy. Turmeric is one of them. When it comes down to the nitty gritty, Turmeric is a great long term anti-inflammatory supplement. Inflammation is a major portion of most diseases too. It is also full of antioxidants, and can only be beneficial to you.

The reason why I am so picky about what I take, is that most companies really do put out very unhealthy supplements. It’s unreal how so many are processed. I’ve even read an ingredient list of a children’s vitamin that included Arsenic in it. This Turmeric is a Non-GMO product!!!!!!!!!!! That is just so important, and something I look for. It is made in the USA, and has no binders or fillers. It has no chemicals. Preservatives, or colorants in it as well. It is also free of wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, peanuts, shellfish, and sugar. The only ingredients in this product are: Turmeric, Turmeric Extract, Black Pepper, Vegetable Capsules. That’s it. Why black pepper you ask. That is needed to really help your body process the Turmeric. This has enhanced bioavailability. There is 95% Curcuminoids in each serving, which is really necessary to have the benefits of Turmeric. You only need to take 2 capsules a day, for a total of 1300mg. They are on the thinner side, and easy to get down. They do not upset my stomach or intestines, at all. Since I have added Turmeric to my daily regimen, I have been able to get off ibuprofen, completely. You don’t know how major that is. I was taking 800mg of ibuprofen at a time, and at least twice a day. I have very frequent anaphylactic reactions. My throat is always sore and swollen, as well as my body. Turmeric really gave me my life back. It is worth every penny. I really love this product. The quality is something I can whole heartedly get behind.

Turmeric is part of my daily life, and it has been for over a year now. I just love it. It is definitely more than just a yummy spice for foods. Turmeric can be eyed as a Superfood, a supplement, a yummy additive to your recipe. It’s just one of those great all natural products. This Turmeric from Superfood Harvest is just wonderful. It is a Non GMO product, which is highly important to me! It is an organic product as well. Another very important feature I look for. This is a Turmeric root ground powder. It is a fine ground and a pleasure to work with. You could make your own capsules with it as well. We make a great homemade toothpaste now and then with organic Turmeric. We made a couple batches with this one. It’s so easy to do. It is not only great for your gums and teeth, but it actually helps whiten them naturally. Just take this Organic Turmeric powder, some organic coconut oil, and then peppermint essential oil to taste It helps improve the taste as well as being beneficial to your mouth as well. Then you just brush, brush, brush with it, and hold it in your mouth for a few minutes if you want to. Turmeric has great anti-inflammatory properties to it, which is great for the gums. That is why I take it in capsule form as well. Doctors state that Turmeric boosts cognitive development, is healthy for your skin, supports a more positive mood, and a natural way to help boost your metabolism. They state it also helps to naturally detoxify your liver as well. Inflammation is the root of a lot of diseases. I have constant anaphylactic reactions, and I used to live on ibuprofen. I take approx.. three supplements, which includes the Turmeric. I almost never take Ibuprofen anymore. That means so much to me. There is also a drink called Magic Milk, that Turmeric is famous for. It is supposed to help boost the immune system. Here is the recipe for that:

Ingredients

1 cup organic milk

1/2 tsp black pepper powder (optional)

1 tsp turmeric powder

Organic raw honey to taste

 Preparation:

2.In a vessel add milk, pepper, turmeric powder, honey or sugar, and allow it to boil on a medium heat.

3.After 5 minutes, the milk would have thickened a bit or reduced, then remove and drink.

Recipes including this wonderful spice are easy to find on the internet nowadays as well. This is a great overall product. It has so many positive uses. The quality is wonderful. They also state they do not irradiate their spice. I honestly never knew that was done. It turns out some companies irradiate their spices to have them last longer. I am very comfortable using this Turmeric powder as well as feed it to my own family. It’s really a great product.

White Kidney Bean supplement, Baby! – Lean Health’s White Kidney Bean Extract -1500 Extreme Natural and Pure Carb Blocker.

This is an interesting product. My mom has already been taking White Kidney Bean extract now and then for their great carb blocking properties. This particular product has much more than just White Kidney Bean. It also contains Garcinia Cambogia, Apple Cider Vinegar, Chitosan, and Aloe Vera as well. I personally took Garcinia Cambogia for weight control a couple years ago. You hit 40 and your metabolism slows down, lol. It helped. The white kidney bean is a great for carb control also. As supplements go, I take organic apple cider vinegar daily. It has helped my health tremendously. I was so happy to see it in this pill also. Chitosan is newer to me. It’s an interesting product, that has many, many uses from commercial uses to supplements. It is derived from adding alkali sodium hydroxide to shellfish, like shrimp and crabs. It is still questionable, but the hopes are that Chitosan helps limit fat absorption. And, last but not least, Aloe Vera. I love that stuff. It is also so good for you. I just finished drinking an Aloe Vera drink myself. Overall, this supplement is actually healthy for you. It is being touted as a way to help suppress your appetite, and help you in your diet. It is made in the US as well, in GMP certified facilities. A serving is 2 capsules, and you get 60 in the bottle. There are some fillers in it: Calcium Carbonate, Gelatin, Magnesium, Titanium Dioxide, FD & C Blue #1. I do wish they wouldn’t add the dye. It’s not needed at all. They are using it to dye the capsules. It is so unnecessary, and deters me from a lot of supplements. I’m an all-natural kind of girl. As supplements go, it’s not too shabby. We take a lot of the ingredients separately already. It’s nice having them all in one.

Portion control – Fit Simple- 7 Piece Portion Control Containers.

This fun set of containers is a set of 7 from Fit Simple. Besides food storage, and traveling with food, their purpose is for portion control. A lot of diets have portion sizing. That can be hard to do, so people like to use containers like these to help manage their lunches for work, on the go, and even at home. This set has locking lids, but they can be tricky to do. When locked properly, these are also leak proof, which is highly handy. The lids literally push down, and lock into place. The trick is, getting all four tabs to lock in. I can always get three, but the 4th is a little harder. Hopefully they will get easier with use. You just need to push down hard on each corner, and you will hear and see that they are popped in. When they aren’t, you can see one corner sit up higher than the others. There is no not knowing with this set. That I like, especially when storing liquid items. Opening them is a breeze. You literally just push in the grey tabs, and the lid comes right off. The sizes of these containers are: “Vegetables- 10oz. , Fruit- 10oz. , Protein- 6oz. , Carbs- 4.25oz. , Health Fats- 2oz. , Nuts, Seeds and Oils- 1oz.” The names of the foods are printed right on the lids.  I like how they broke the sizes down with food ideas. I find it very helpful. These containers are BPA free, DEHP-free, and dishwasher safe. You will get a little flyer with this set that gives you a recipe too. If you are on a diet that requires strict portions, these will be very helpful. Calorie counting will still be up to you though.

A great antioxidant. – Think Remedy’s Aged Black Garlic.

I am not new to taking garlic. I’ve taken it before when my health wasn’t at its best. It’s most definitely a helpful supplement. I’ve been taking this bottle for a week now. I really needed it too. I’ve had 3 anaphylactic reactions this past week, and they have kicked my butt. This supplement is helping me stave away infection from my tightly closed airways. It happens all the time, and taking this helps my body rebound a lot faster than without. The dosage of this Black Aged Garlic is 2 capsules daily. The capsules are slender, and easy to get down. They do not bother my stomach in the least. I love, love, love the smell of garlic, so I enjoy taking them. This aged black garlic is a strong antioxidant. That is why I take it. They state it can help you maintain a healthier blood pressure and cholesterol level. I do not have those issues personally, but as a strong antioxidant, it has worked well for me. There is 800mg of Aged Black Garlic in each serving, as well as 1.2mg of S-Allyl-Cysteine. This helps the garlic maintain its antioxidant properties. The non-essential ingredients include rice concentrate and the capsule, which is made out of Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose. Another fantastic aspect of this antioxidant is that it is proudly, GMO free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love that, and I look for that in everything I take. This product is also 100% North American Garlic, processed in Wisconsin. I am really happy with this product as an antioxidant, and I am comfortable recommending it.

I love my EO Diffusers. – Flymei’s 100ml Aromatherapy Essential Oil Diffuser.

Essential oil diffusers are a big part of our home. They are so healthy to use. We gave them as Christmas gifts this past year, because of this. I suffer from life threatening allergies and have frequent anaphylactic reactions. For example, I had 3 this week. I have to use all natural products. That is what got me into essential oils. A diffuser like this one, is the healthy way to disperse them throughout your room, and home. This unit is a smaller unit, 100ml. You can easily get several hours of enjoyment out of this with one fill. It diffuses through ultrasonic waves. It breaks the water and oil molecules down small enough to be inhaled and spread through the room. It never heats up the oils, but stays nice and cool. It is unhealthy to heat up essential oils. I love to use Eucalyptus oil in my diffuser. That’s what I have been using in this one. It helps to open the sinuses and airways. Another great one is Lavender. That is perfect for relaxation and is great aromatherapy. I love the LED light show this one has as well. There are two separate buttons on the front of this unit. A LED button and a mist button. If you short press the mist button, the unit will come on. If you short press the LED button, the lights come on, and it will roll through 7 different LED lights. You can keep pressing the button, and you can choose a certain color to stay on as well. You can run these independently. This unit has a waterless shut off, so it won’t overheat if you knock it over, or the water runs out. You can also set it to the three hour timer, and it shuts off at that time. That is pretty much what 100ml will last anyhow. Twist and open the unit. There you will find the water reservoir. This unit by Flymei comes with a water pitcher as well. The fill line on the unit is clearly marked. After placing your water in it, add 4 – 6 drops of your essential oil of choice.. Then place the lid back on, and twist it till it locks in. You will hear the click. Then turn it on, and enjoy. It’s easy to run and use, and brings you nothing but positive being and health.

Yea, essential oil storage!!!!!!!!!! – FLYMEI’s Premium Quality Essential Oil Travel and Storage Bag.

I am a huge essential oil user. I love them. Storage is an issue, lol. This company has bag storage for essential oils in different sizes. I really wanted to try out this little one. It holds 10 bottles, which is perfect for travel. It’s also perfect for organizing the ones I use daily. I love how well made this bag is. The stitching was all done tight and on point. There was no odor to the bag upon arrival either. The zipper was well done, and purple as well. Inside the case, there are 10 separated pockets for each oil. They are not just little elastic straps like a lot of bags have. The pockets were done with a thick, firm mesh, and they are all nicely done and finished off with piping. You can store 5ml, 10ml, or 15ml bottles in this case perfectly. They are not brand specific pockets either. You can have this bag filled up with the larger 15ml bottles. Then bang it around, throw it around, and your bottles will be perfectly fine. I have tried it, and they come out perfect every time. This can fit in you tote bag, gym bag, kitchen drawer, and more. It measures out at 6 ¾” long x 3 ¾” wide, and 2 ½” tall. That measurement was done with the bag full of 10 – 15ml essential oil bottles too. It really is the perfect travel storage bag for me.
