There is something about white bedding that makes your bed look comfy like a cloud, and serene like a high end hotel room. I have had 3 boys, and I can never have anything pure white, so maybe that is why it speaks to me like this. This duvet set is made out of 100% Microfiber. I tried to research once what that material is, and I couldn’t find an answer, lol. I haven’t looked since. I do know, that there are grades of it in regards to thickness. This is a medium grade thickness from my experience. I have purchased sheets in the past, and after the first wash, some areas were paper thin. This duvet set washed and dried beautifully for me. In my opinion, they look better after the first wash and dry. They look fluffier, and feel so soft to the touch. I had a few thread to be trimmed, but that is it. I had no odor, holes, or stains on my duvet set upon arrival.

I ordered this set is white, but they also have it available in Sage Green, Aqua Light Blue, Beige Cream, Camel Yellow Gold, and Grey. There are also other sizes available: Twin, Full, King, and California King. This Queen duvet measures out at 90” x 90” and has a button closure. They include 2 pillow shams with a 1 ½ inch edge. They measure out at 20″ inches x 26″ inches. Duvets and pillow shams are great for keeping out dust mites, etc.. It forms an additional barrier and is easy to wash and dry more frequently.

A lot of people don’t like Duvets because they can be difficult to put on. Turn it inside out, and grab it by the bottom. Slowly work it onto the bottom of your comforter, and then you can start to peel the rest up and over the comforter. It’s so much easier to do it this way.

Overall I’m pretty happy with this set. I have a couple areas where the stitching isn’t perfectly straight, but overall the stitching was done well. These non-perfect areas are on the shams, by where the material flaps over. I am comfortable recommending it. You will definitely be cozy curling up with this set.

Boom Fishing and I are not new acquaintances. I am very pleased with their products. So far my fishing products have been well made and user friendly. This set of fishing pliers has not disappointed. It has to be my favorite pair as of yet from them. We live by the coast, and we do a lot of pier fishing. These are perfect. They have so many tools built into the handles, and they are easy to retrieve and use as well. This specific fishing plier multi-tools, has been treated with a black oxidation treatment on the surface. This, over the D2 Stainless Steel, forms a dense layer of oxide film that protects it from corrosion and rust. These pliers are made out of thickened D2 stainless. They are a sturdy pair of fishing pliers with a great, solid grip built into them. These pliers come with a Nylon Sheath with belt loop, and a lanyard. My guys need the lanyard attachment. They always lose their fishing pliers on the pier, lol. I would say summer time is coming, and these will be perfect, but, we have been using chiller sticks year round. We like icy cold drinks. These sticks are so easy to use too. We store our in the freezer and just grab one when we want to use one. I am very happy with the quality of these BarSpout’s Chiller Cooler Sticks. They are thick and sturdy, and fit a regular beer, or glass soda bottle, perfectly. You get two in this package. They are made out of Austenetic Stainless Steel, which just means that there is a “solid solution of carbon in a nonmagnetic form of iron.” This just means that it’s frame stays stable at extreme temperatures as well. There is a seal on the underside lip of the chiller stick. It forms a great seal, and you will not have your drink leak out from underneath it. I spill enough on my own. So, I would never use anything that’s going to spill for me, lol.

You can place them into the freezer prior to using them. You do not need to leave them in the freezer like I do. Place them in the freezer at least 45 minutes prior to needing them. When you place these into your drinks, make sure you take a few sips of the drink first. Otherwise, the drinks tend to overflow with the introduction of these ice cold chiller sticks, and fast too. Let’s say you took your drink out, took a couple sips, that got busy on a call. Your drink gets warm. So, just throw one of these into your drink, and within approx. 6 minutes, your drink will definitely be cooler again. These sticks will also lengthen the amount of time your drink will be cool. That is why I like them. I am a sipper, and I like cold drinks only. This is the best way to keep a drink cooler without icing it down and diluting it. No, these chiller sticks to not change the flavor of your drink. Yes, they are really comfortable to drink out of too. These are BPA free, and will not leach any chemicals into your drink. I love using them, and I am very comfortable recommending them. I just wish they sold them in larger packs.

When you think of tea, you never really think of travel and tea in the same thought process. I am so impressed by this tea set. You can actually make your special teas while traveling, and make it feel like you are having high tea, lol. You will definitely feel special drinking out of this tea set. It is quite impressive. This OMyTeas’ Travel Tea Set comes with its own storage/travel bag, 2 teacups, 1 teapot with attached lid, bamboo serving tray, and serving mat. All you have to supply is hot water and tea leaves. You can even use loose tea leaves with this set. The serving spout is slotted, so you can pour the tea without the leaves going into your cup. This set is handmade, and it’s gorgeous. I can’t express enough how pretty it is. It’s like a piece of art. The tea cups are small. You can even drink your espresso out of them. The teapot’s lid is attached by a cord with beautiful beads on it. It’s stunning. You will need to use the cloth to help you handle the pot at first. The teapot and cups are made out of porcelain. So, they do get hot to the touch. I love hot tea, and can handle the cups. I would, however, use the cloth to help you hold the pot to pour it, when you first serve your tea. It will cool down over time. I love the rich black color, but they even offer it in a light green and white.

The case is thick and sturdy, and is filled with thick foam. The cut outs are there for the two teacups and the teapot. There is a netted pocket on the inside of the lid, and the tray just lies on top of the teapot area. The zipper on the bag works really well, and the bag has a long wrist strap type handle on it. This is one of those treasured items that you take really great care of and use for years. It’s a beautiful set.

I am a huge essential oil user. They are a big part of my life, as well as my family’s. Essential oils offer immense health benefits, as well as being an all-natural way to make you smell wonderful. This necklace is a great addition to my essential oil repertoire. I have started using Eucalyptus oil in my locket. It’s great for opening the sinuses and airways. I personally find the Lobster Claw clasp to be one of the easiest to do yourself, and find them to be very secure. The chain on this necklace is very pretty by itself. It reflects a lot of light, and really shines on it’s own. The locket is so pretty with its cutout flower design. You really can’t go wrong with this set up. I absolutely love it.

My family and I believe in being prepared. I am also a bit of an LED junkie. I love them. LED lights are by far my favorite. They offer clear, bright light, and they last so long too. This particular light is very different from the ones I own. The design is very utilitarian, and I like it. It reminds me of one of those tubes at the bank, that shoot through the pipes, lol, just much smaller. This is a flashlight/lantern, SOS light, emergency light, and power bank. This light is obviously rechargeable. It does not have the option to use regular batteries. This light charges via a micro USB. Both the USB out port and micro USB port are located under the screwcap on the bottom of the light. Just unscrew it and you will see them. On the top of the light you will find the tail cap switch. When you press it the first time it goes on in low mode, which is still bright. Then soft press it again, and it goes to high. The third soft press turns it to the red light. The 4^th soft press turns on the emergency red flashing light, and the 5^th and final mode, turns it to the SOS mode. The SOS on this light is in red, and it’s a lot slower than some SOS modes. If you do not want to go through the modes to get to off, then press and hold the button. That will turn the light off. It does not have memory. It will go back to the low mode when turned on again. Also, on top of the light, you will find a metal ring to hang it with. You can use it as a tent light this way, and more. This light also has an IP68 waterproof rating, which means it can be submerged to 2m. The internal battery in this think is pretty large, it is a 2600mAh battery. It will charge your phone. It is, however, a 1A output. My phone trickle charges off of that. But, in an emergency, any charging ability, is better than none. A full charge will get you approx. 61 hours of light on low. I left it on, and am pretty sure that is the amount. After that long, I lost track of time. The LEDs are rated for 36,000 hours, which always impresses me. It uses approx. 90% less energy than a regular flashlight. It is made out of Polycarbonate which they say “is a tough plastic with nearly unbreakable, shockproof strength.”  The light is lightweight at 0.18LB or 2.88 Ounces. You can add your own carabineer clip to it and attach it to your pack easily. Since it is so waterproof, a power bank, and a multi-mode light, it’s a great one to pack out with. On high, this light is 100 lumens. They state that the battery can be recharged about 500 times. When you screw on the bottom cover, it does have a silicone ring. Just make sure that you made it secure. The charging port and USB port are in there. So, if you let water in, you will ruin the light.

I am really happy with this light. It’s small and lightweight. It is multifunctional and works well. Since I drop things a lot, I am very happy with how durable it is too.

This is a fun necklace. It is so unique, I love it. It is all beaded, and ends in a beaded tassel. It’s one of those pieces that can be worn day or night. It just adds a lot of zest to your outfit. I love the length too. You can just slip it over your head, and even with a ponytail on. I normally would not have gravitated to a necklace like this. I am so glad I had the chance to try it out. It’s so pretty. The larger beads throughout the necklace are faceted. So, when the light hits them, they really sparkle. All of the beading on my necklace was done really well. I do not have any loose spaces, or chipped beads. This is a triple strand necklace as well. The length on this measures out at 24 ½ inches, or 49 inches, depending on how you want to read it, lol. Stretched out the necklace is 241/2” long with my ruler. So, that is how far it hangs down. I keep catching myself playing with it while I’m wearing it. It’s fun to hold by where the tassel starts, lol. It’s a comfortable necklace that becomes part of your outfit. If you like to fiddle with things, than this necklace is definitely for you. Summertime will be a fun time to wear it. All that sun light, will make this necklace a star, and go to piece. For those of you who suffer from metal sensitivities, there is not metal in this necklace, so you’re good. You are free to enjoy this beautiful necklace. The craftsmanship is top notch. I have had 3 boys. You know that a lot of boy toys aren’t cute or fun to look at. They are getting better nowadays, which is great. This ball is so cute, lol. I’ve had my share of basketballs in my home too. This is just like a regulation basketball, but child size, and a lot cuter. When your ball arrives you will also get a hand pump with the needle to fill it up. It’s by far the best free hand pump set up I‘ve received as well. The colors are vibrant. My 8 year old loves the elephants face. It is also available in a lion theme too. This ball is a sz. 3 basketball. It uses the usual pin to inflate it. It’s a machine stitched ball, and has 8 panels. The materials used in this ball are stated to be eco-friendly as well. That is actually surprising for a toy. The most important quality in a ball is, does it hold air? Yes, it does. My ball has been holding it’s air perfectly. You can sit on it, and play with it. Squeeze it for some resistance exercises while sitting down, and it holds its air. We are really happy with this ball. This is a smaller ball, great for over the door hoops, and child’s basketball hoops. My 8 year old can palm it and have a lot of fun. It’s a great family to go ball, that you throw in the car when you head out to the park, etc.. The material used is a rubber material. It has the usual textured grip to it as well. It’s literally a smaller basketball. A cute and fun ball at that. My son just loves it, so we are very comfortable recommending it.

Over the past year we have switched most of the bulbs over to LED. I honestly never believed the hype about them reducing your electric bill. I figured they might a little bit, but not enough to justify the higher cost. Well, the electric bills have come down a lot more than I ever imagined they would. They are definitely worth the cost, and the prices for the bulbs have come way down too. This particular bulb is only a 9W bulb. It gets really, really bright too. Just think, 9W for this bulb, or a regular 60W bulb. That’s a big difference in wattage. This light also affords you dimming capabilities with the remote, as well as changing the light from cool white, to warm white. It has 6 different temperature settings, as they say. That is impressive. It can change the whole mood of the room. You can place the remote by your door, so when you come in, you can turn your light on. That is pretty convenient. If you have kids who ae scared of the dark, you can give them this for their room. They can put it on 10% as a night light, and be able to control everything from their bed. If they hear a noise, they can quickly make their room bright without having to wake you first. This light bulb can come in handy if you had injured yourself, limiting your mobility. If you are older, or sick as well. I just liking having a remote option, lol. Remotes do make everything better. So far, so good, with this Coidak light bulb. They say the remote will operate up to 65.6ft away. Straight line, obviously. Well, I don’t have a room that large, so I was unable to test that out. It’s a 2.4G Wireless bulb. It fits a regular light socket, known as an E27. That is a very convenient and common size. I have no complaints, and I am comfortable recommending it.
