If I could give this scale more than 5 stars, I would. This is the most impressive scale I have ever used. It took me a few minutes to sync my phone with it, but it was well worth it. Note though. It has a reflective surface, so do not take a picture of your weight while you’re standing on it, lol. I went ahead and had my son get on it and do his weight. He used my phone though, so the picture of the weight information is from him. He is 5″11″ and quite thin. When I didn’t have my phone linked right, it was telling me I weighed 0.0lbs, loved that, lol. The battery compartment is on the underside of the scale. There is a lot to this scale, and it weighs more than the usual home scale nowadays. Remember, this is a high tech electronic device. Turn it over with ease. You will see the app scans, or you can search for it in your play store. The battery compartment is also under the scale. No tools are needed to access the battery compartment. You will see a little clear plastic tag sticking out of the battery compartment. Just pull it out, and your scale will be on to use now. It takes 4 AA batteries. They are included with the scale. Now, if you didn’t scan for the app, search your Playstore for: easyhomescale. It is a free app to download. It only took a minute to do this. For some reason, it took a few minutes, and a few try’s to get my phone to communicate with the scale. I have a newer phone too, a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Once the app is downloaded, it will take you to the page to load your personal information. Then, while standing on the scale with naked feet, make sure you’re phone is paired and communicating with the scale. It will come up as Electronic Scale. Then, the magic happens. A huge blue circular button will be on your screen. Go ahead and touch it, and voila, results to so much information, it will blow your mind. Your weight will obviously be there, as well as your: body water, body fat, bone, BMI, Visceral Fat, BMR, and Muscle Mass. It will also compare your weight with your last weight taken. And this is all on one screen. It doesn’t take that long for the scale to read you also. I have a nursing back ground, and am so fascinated by this. Having all this information at your fingertips can really help you and motivate you to think more health oriented, and thus inspire you to maintain a healthier lifestyle . At the bottom of the results page, you will see three areas notated: info, settings, and delete. I will delete this last weight, because it is all my sons information. Press the info button though It breaks down all the readings by sex, and age, and lets you know where your reading lands in regards to health standards. Knowing your weight has nothing to do with how pretty you are. That is not the point of owning this scale. The only point of owning a scale like this, is to help you understand where you are in regards to health standards. I haven’t owned a scale in years. I keep my weight off, because with my asthma, and life threatening allergies, I breathe better with less weight on. I try and keep a stronger core, to help me be able to fight off my horrible bronchial attacks and anaphylactic reactions. There is a huge correlation between body fat, etc., and disease. I love how such a personal, and sensitive subject, can stay personal. Being able to know and regularly obtain this information from the comfort of your own home is amazing. I am just so thrilled with this product.

I love these. I have a similar set with plastic sporks, that we love, so I was so excited to see them in stainless steel. I am a huge stainless steel fan. It doesn’t harbor bacteria or fungus, and it cleans so well. It is the material of choice of professional cooks. We have purchased several other types of travel/survival utensil sets. You rarely see convenient, travel easy utensils in a set of 4. This is so compact and easy to carry. This set is perfect for families, or going hiking with friends. It’s always great to have extra if you are meeting other people. These sporks are three utensils in one. So technically, in this set it’s like having 12 utensils in 4. There is a spoon on one end, the fork is on the other, and on the left side of the fork tines, is a serrated edge to use as a knife. I have a plastic set like this, but these stainless one’s are much stronger. In a survival situation, you would even be able to do dig with this one. It can even tolerate some heat, if using it to cook with a camp fire. There is no bend or flex to these sporks either. They are incredibly durable. They are still light weight though. It barely adds anything to a pack. These are even dishwasher safe, since they are stainless steel.
The case is made from neoprene. This is such a wonderful material. It is great for repelling moisture. This makes it perfect for storing the utensils while camping, hiking, traveling to the beach or lake. You can rest assured your utensils will stay clean and dry. It is also a very durable material and should last a long time. This set is most definitely my favorite set. It has taken over as the set to go in my pack.

Wow, this is fabulous. I haven’t put a tens unit on myself before now. I have had patients use them, back in my nursing days. My mom and I did test this baby out, even though the pads are really supposed to be for just one person, lol. Needless to say, I was quite excited to be afforded the opportunity to review Easy Home’s Tens Unit – Handheld Electronic Pulse Massager Unit, in exchange for an unbiased and honest review. This unit is FDA and OTC approved. This unit comes with the main control unit, 2 sets of wires, 4 AAA batteries, an instruction booklet, and 4 electrode pads. Please, please, please read the instruction book fully before using it. This does send electrical impulses into your body. It’s fantastic, but needs to be taken seriously as a medical treatment.
This unit stimulates and tricks your body, by blocking the nerve path, by sending electric impulse into the chosen tissue area. It also stimulates the body into releasing endorphins. This is a body’s natural pain killer. Instead of always reaching for pain killers, which aren’t safe to take, you can use this 10- 15 minutes at a time. My mom has a chronic shoulder ailment. She had a cortisone shot about three months ago now, and her shoulder is really hurting her again. With her high blood pressure, she really can’t take any pain meds. I tried this on her. She had never used one before. We started on a setting of 2 for power intensity. The instruction pamphlet goes over specific areas you can place electrodes. I emulated the shoulder set up that they had posted in the book. I tested it on myself first, to see if should could take it. She has no implanted medical devices, but her heart isn’t the greatest. I placed it on the soles of my feet, and tried it there. Wow, I started it on 5, and was blown away by how intense that was, lol. I highly suggest you start at the lowest setting at first, and see how your body tolerates it. If you have a medical condition, like a poor heart, I would monitor your pulse and or BP before and after. It would be interesting to see. My mom used it on her shoulder, at level 2, for 15 minutes, and did great! She is really liking this, and was excited she didn’t have to leave her home for any treatment. The sensation is varied through the treatment. There was a steady trickle, varied with a pulsating sensation. The pulsating is pretty intense as you move the strength upwards. This is a treatment meant to be done when you are sitting and relaxing only. It’s portable, and you can use it anywhere, but not while driving, near water, overly sweaty, and the like. Every person is going to see their own results. This is definitely a well working machine. It’s easy to set up and use, and the price point is great. This is a beautiful, 100 % cotton, infinity scarf. It’s very wide, so it can be used as a nursing cover. The measurements are 33″ x 27″. It is such a soft cotton too. It has some stretch to it, and feels like a cotton jersey sheet. This material is all natural. It’s a breathable material. They made it in a solid color, to keep it from attracting attention. I recently saw in the news that a woman video taped someone breastfeeding their baby at a fast food chain. She then posted it to YouTube, and not in a nice way. People can be so rude about breastfeeding in public, and I have no idea why. This cover up will help you keep your privacy, and comfortably so.

When you aren’t breastfeeding or pumping, you can use this as a scarf. Just do a double infinity loop, and you’re good to go. This is also a great back up blanket. My kids have always loves splishing and splashing in the water table. Combine that with sand, and you have twice the fun, and twice the imaginative play. Every one wants to feel like a super spy at one time or another. This dash cam can help to make you feel that way. When I got my first dash cam, I took my mom out for some errands. We saw a man working on the wires up on a pole in our neighborhood, but there was no work truck to be seen. Having a camera on hand like this, lets you investigate, and to safely do it too. If the worst happens, and you are in a collision, it has video recording and video locking, to ensure the video will be there for you. You can set the sensitivity level of this. It’s easy to use. Takes HD 1080 quality video and pictures. It has night time sensitivity too. It’s a fantastic dash cam.

This comes with a 16gb card. With my experience, you will fill up almost 14gb over a 60 mile run. I would definitely recommend getting a larger card, and having at least two. That way you can switch them out daily, and download and erase your daily record. My husband and son can drive a lot of hours daily. They would need a lot of memory for a continuous recording. Think about what you drive, and what your needs actually are. You also want to make sure you get a class 10 micro SD card. That takes the better video quality. Have fun, play super spy, be vigilant, and have fun. In regard to our mystery man in the neighborhood. We found his car pulled in someone’s driveway. He was with the electric company after all, haha.

This baby has some power to it. I do own another stun gun. It isn’t as strong as this one, though. I like knowing that I have more stopping power if I need it. I am quite happy that I was afforded the opportunity to review Stuns R Us’ New Vipertek Tactical LED Flashlight & Stun Gun at a reduced price, in exchange for an unbiased and honest review. This stun gun arrives with a separate AC charger, a nylon holster with belt attachment loop, and an instruction sheet.
When your Vipertek arrives, go ahead and attach the charger to the bottom of the unit, and let it charge. Use this time to read the instruction pamphlet. You will also want to familiarize yourself with your states laws on how and where you can carry it. For example, it can’t be worn into a liquor store in most states, if not all, lol. Maybe that’s why they are robbed all the time. The flashlight on this unit works great. It is pretty bright too, it’s 300 lumens. That will light up your way if you are our for a walk, or want to check out what that noise was. To use any part of this product, you have to turn it on. The on/off switch is in the bottom where you plugged it in to charge. To just use the flashlight, you need to locate to the buttons on the flashlight itself. The one that slides up and down operates the flashlight, and turns on the power for the stun gun to be used. Move the switch up one notch to just use the flashlight. The stun gun cannot be used while using the flashlight, unfortunately. To use the stun gun, push this switch all the way, so 2 clicks from the off position. Now, make sure no one is around you, and press the round button. This will activate the stun gun. You will see a spark, and you will hear it. Only push it for 1 second! Any longer could damage the unit. Now, immediately push the sliding button switch to the flashlight on mode or all the way off, and turn the power button off on the end of the unit. This is a strong, 48,000,000 volt stun gun. It will stop someone in their tracks. Held too long, it could easily stop their heart too. Your safety comes first though, not an attackers. This flashlight is 7.25″ long and approx. 1.75″ wide at the widest point. The holster is made out of nylon. The material is thin, but it’s an operative holster, and that makes this particular stun gun/flashlight, that more accessible and useable. People will think you have just a flashlight on your side. It has a Velcro closure, so it’s also quickly accessible too. Always check with your state laws before placing an order for one of these. It is not allowed by law in some states. The body of this unit is made out of aircraft grade aluminum. It is fairly lightweight for a large flashlight. It has an LED in it. The light is bright and clear, and has about 100,000 hour run time. They say it has an anti-roll design. It will roll away from you, if bumped. Always be mindful. This should never just be put down. I like the fact that no batteries are needed with this unit. I carry an inverter in my vehicle, as do my husband and older son. If you carry one, you can easily charge this on the go too. I am impressed with this unit. It doesn’t take much practice, to get used to operating it effectively and quickly. This will definitely help you in an emergency if you are prepared to use it.

I firmly believe that we all need to get up and move, even when we aren’t feeling well. I know when we are busy, and have a ton to do, it can be really hard. I find wearing something like this, can be really inspiring. I don’t like looking at the pedometer, and seeing that the number really hasn’t moved. This arrives with some charge on it. I would go ahead and snap it into the charging cradle, and charge it completely. You can take that time to read the instruction pamphlet. It’s not that long at all. It’s also a very easy read. It will tell you to download an app. It’s titled J-Style Pro. It is a free app. It is for both Android and IOS. In here you can try and link your phone. It took me a few days, and clearing my Bluetooth to be able to do it. I have a new phone too. It finally paired, and I’m good to go, phew. You don’t need it to pair to use the pedometer. This is just so you have a physical record if you want to. The pedometer itself has 6 screens:

The instruction pamphlet will tell you how to set the sleep mode, and how to move through the steps. For example, how long to press and hold. My black band is purple underneath. I think that touch is so stylish. My youngest, who is a computer kid, and needs to get up and move, gets inspired by these Tushi pedometers. He loves to see his step number go up. The battery should last around 4 – 5 days. After playing with it, I would have to agree with that completely. I did the waterproof test on my video, and I was impressed, and relieved, lol.
There is a 3D acceleration with 360 degree high sensitivity in this pedometer, and it has Bluetooth 4.0 technology. It can pick up the slightest movement. It has a sleep mode. You can wear this 24/7 accept for charging time. It is very waterproof. You can shower and swim with it. There is even a 30 day memory. I love how motivating it is just to wear it. My husband and I are firm believers in being prepared. I’m talking about basic essentials for emergencies. Think about it most emergencies happen at night, so you need light. What’s one of the worst things that can happen in an emergency? That’s having your connection to clean water cut off. It’s a physical need to survive. Being able to store something so simple, but yet, life supporting, is fantastic. They compare themselves to Life Straw. They say they can clean 50% more water than their competitor. This straw is capable of cleaning 396 gallons of water. They also clean 99.9% of waterborne bacteria and protozoan parasites. No chemicals are used in this Life Defender Straw. They also use coconut shell activated carbon to filter the water down to 0.01 microns. That’s pretty thorough. This straw cannot filter chemicals out of water. These are for regular emergencies, not horrible, they’ve tainted your water supply emergencies. I have been seeing home water filtration systems switching to activated carbon coconut shells for their replaceable water filters. I was very happily surprised that they have gone to using them in these Life Defender Straws. This straw has a 5 year shelf life and comes with a 5 year warranty.
These are perfect to store in home, take on the road for a trip, take hiking, camping, and more. They each come with a neck strap. They are so light, and easy to store and wear. I would leave it strapped to your neck when you bend down to drink. That way you wont drop it in the dirty water. You want to keep the top of the straw clean. It takes a few hard sucks on the straw to get the water flowing. When you are done drinking, blow hard through the straw a few times to clear most of the remaining water out. Then leave the ends open for it to dry out. This straw is also not for salt water. It will hurt the straw and you. Think about it, it takes up no space in your drawer to have a Life Defender Straw for at least every person in your household. I can’t even imagine not being able to provide clean water for my child. That alone motivates me to make sure I am prepared for any emergency.

I have been using wheatgrass for a couple years. I did a YouTube video also. The link is at the bottom of the blog. I hope you watch it. It has made such a huge difference in my life and my health. I can’t imagine not ever taking it again. I, however, did not know there was even a difference in wheatgrass. I had no idea there was a tropical wheatgrass. I guess I have been taking winter wheatgrass the past years, lol. Needless to say, I am quite thrilled that I was afforded the opportunity to review Kurrent’s Tropical Wheatgrass Powder in exchange for an unbiased and honest review. This product arrived as shown. It is a well sealed 3.5oz container.
There are so many ways you can take wheatgrass. I use it in a small glass of cranberry juice combined with ground organic black seed. My glass is around a 4oz size. I find it tastes pretty sweet this way, and I don’t mind taking it. You can add it to a smoothie, or some people add it to food they are cooking so their children won’t notice, lol. It turns out tropical wheatgrass has 10x more chlorophyll in it than winter wheatgrass. Chlorophyll is so healthy for you too. Ironically, I had been thinking about buying that supplement. Now I can just get the extra with this wheatgrass. I still can’t get over the fact that there is a tropical wheatgrass, lol. It tastes just as sweet as the wheatgrass I have been taking. They even include a measuring spoon so there is no guessing. I really like the included scoop. It’s not usual to get it included, so I am really appreciating it.
I have intense food allergies, and am on a mainly liquid diet. I have a background in nursing, so I have made my own diet. My throat is always swollen from constant anaphylactic reactions. Since adding wheatgrass to my daily routine, my mental acuity is stronger, I have more energy, because my body is healthier. I never, ever, ever , get bloated from wheatgrass. It is packed full of so many nutrients and amino acids your body requires to run smoothly. My teeth don’t turn green from it, that is a myth. Tropical wheatgrass also has more metabolites in it. I still find this very fascinating. My blood work has been perfect since I have started taking wheatgrass too. Like I said, I can’t imagine never taking wheatgrass again. It should be an in home staple for everyone.
