I think we all need leftover containers. Even if you do not work out of your home. I love being organized when I can, and these containers really help in regards to food and meals. They are BPA free, as well as microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe. For thin plastic containers, they can do a lot. They can handle temps up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. There are 3 divided compartments in each container. With these containers, you get 2 – 8oz compartments, and 1 – 160z compartment. So, if you are on a special diet, you can use these to help you stay on tract. The lid snaps on very securely and keep these leak free. You really need to work your way around the lid, making sure it is fully snapped shut. Otherwise, they will probably leak on you. When you are not using them, they stack into each other so well, and take up minimal space. They are lightweight, and won’t add a lot of weight to your bag when you head out for work or a trip. These feel like throw away containers because they are so lightweight, but they can be used over and over, which I love.

If you like to make roasts, or serve large cuts of meat, it’s necessary to have a carving knife. I prefer full tang knives. They tend to last longer, and are more durable. This in turn, makes the carving job easier. Rarely do I find a factory edge sharp enough to thinly slice meat. So being able to easily sharpen your blade is also a consideration in purchasing a knife. Now, if budget was of no concern, then you really wouldn’t have to think about this. Well, for most of us, budget is a concern. Currently this knife is priced only at $11.87. It is a 12 inch carving knife, and it is also a full tang knife as well. The knife is made out of Stainless Steel, and the handles is attached to it very tightly. The handle is black, and made out of plastic. It is lightweight to hold and use. The knife measures out at 12 ¼” overall. The grip is solid, and the knife is easy to use. It has a sharp enough blade on it, but I think extra sharpening would really make it shine as a carving knife. Haha, it didn’t pass the shaving the hair on your arm test, out of the package. For the price, it’s not a bad carving knife. I do really like that it’s a full tang knife at this price point.
