Essential oils are becoming very popular now. There are new brands popping onto the market every day, as well. Some brands are most definitely better than others, and it doesn’t hurt to check into what you are buying. I first dove into the essential oil market after I went from annoying allergies, to an abundant amount of life threatening allergies. So, I am a huge essential oil user. I use them daily, and so does my family. They are really beneficial to your health and wellbeing. The quality of this brands products is truly top notch. I love how you can get a monthly box of essential oils to your door. The oils I received in my box to test are: Frankincense, Lavender, and Immune Boost. The Lavender and Frankincense are 10ml bottles, and the Zen Boost is 15ml. These Zen oils are created by Sublime Beauty. I am using some of their products daily. I love them. So, I was excited to test their essential oils. This company uses organic and all natural products. They do not believe in infusing your body with a lot of chemicals. They are actually a company that believes in health for their consumers, and not just their bottom line. You have no chemical worries with these products.
I use Lavender oil daily, and to make my own lotions, and soaps. I also like to use it in our essential oil diffuser. This oil is so rich and fragrant, I love it. It smells wonderful in the diffuser, and I also put it straight on me as cologne. This Lavender oil is certified organic and steam distilled. It only takes a couple drops spread on your wrists or neck, to make you smell wonderful. As a benefit, Lavender is known to help you relax, and feel happier, more content. This 10ml bottle is a great sized bottle for an organic oil too. Especially since recipes only call for drop amounts.
Frankincense I am also not new to. This particular product is a 10ml bottle, from Somalia, and has been steam distilled. I’ve always been fascinated by it. This is a product you use for the health benefits. Scent wide, it has a very natural appeal to it. That’s what you need to remember about essential oils. They are not chemically enhanced to be sweet smelling, lol. These are natural products. This one has woodsy undertones to it. It is so healthy for you and it combines well with other essential oils; not all of them do. It has great antiseptic qualities to it, so it’s a great one to add to your toothpaste or homemade toothpaste to kill cavity causing bacteria and bad breath. It also has great astringent properties, and can help strengthen gums, is great for your skin health, and hair and scalp health. It can help to boost your immunity as well. Al of that is just the tip of the iceberg with this oil. It truly is a wonderful thing. It has entered my homemade toothpaste regimen recently. Just add some Frankincense, coconut oil, and peppermint oil, and brush away. I also add some turmeric now and then as a natural whitener and also aids in reducing inflammation, as does the Frankincense. I really like this particular Frankincense, so I have started using it this way. If you have a lot of colds going through your home, it is also a great one to run through your essential oils diffuser as well. It’s the only way to diffuse oils through your home. It’s unhealthy to heat up essential oils. It changes their properties, and not for the better.
Zen Immune Boost, I have to use on family members, which is a shame for me. I am allergic to the Lemon in it. This is a larger, 15ml bottle. The ingredients in this oil are based in the Jojoba carrier oil. Some are organic and some are all natural and steam distilled. The ingredients are: Jojoba oil, Frankincense, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Oregano, Cinnamon, Clove, Rosemary, and Peppermint. They basically took all the greatly beneficial essential oils, and mixed them into one super bottle. If you are allergic to one, you can use this and make your own with their oils, minus the one you are allergic too. It wuld still be highly beneficial. To help boost your immune system, they suggest rubbing some into your soles at bedtime. Since it is already mixed into a carrier oil, you can do it straight out of the bottle. You could use some in your diffuser as well. This is a power house of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, and more. They get absorbed by your body and help your body stay strong. You cannot go wrong with this product. If you are sick, I would also rub some straight on your chest.
I am really happy Sublime Beauty entered the Essential Oil World. There products have enhanced the quality of my life. With their monthly box system, you will get 3 oils a month, and once a quarter, you will find a surprise 4th product. I think it would be fun to waiting for the surprise product, but that’s me; simple pleasures. From my personal experience, they are also a great company to work with.
