I am not new to fitness trackers. I think they are highly motivating. I am, however, new to the Fitbit world. I have a friend who loves hers. She uses it 24/7, and has for over a year now. I have been really intrigued by their online pairing. Needless to say, I am quite pleased that I was afforded the opportunity to review Fitbit’s Zip Wireless Activity Tracker in exchange for an unbiased and honest review.  I was quite excited about it. In your package you will get 1 Fitbit zip, 1 battery, 1 battery tool, 1 USB wireless sync dongle, 1 clip case, and a pamphlet with website instructions. Try not to lose your battery tool. This is needed to open the battery case on the back of the fit bit.
To open the battery compartment, just put the tool in and turn it to the left. You will hear a click sound, and the back will lift off, still attached to the tool. Very easy to do. It’s about a half turn. Then install the battery and replace the top. Now, go onto the website on the pamphlet, register, and it will literally walk you through all of the steps. There is no instruction pamphlet with the zip. You need to do it through the website. This will literally track all your activity, including sleep. You can make plans like putting in a weight goal, menu plans, exercise logs, caloric intake and intake goals, connect with friends through FaceBook or email invites, and even motivation set up through your Fitbit zip. It even lets you monitor water intake. It’s amazing what this thing can do. If you can’t get motivated to get up and move, and actually think about your health during the day, then nothing will, lol. This little guy is so tiny too. It’s length, not in it’s holder is 1 3/8ths inches. The case included matches the color of the Fitbit. It is made from silicone, and metal with a silicone covering for the clip part. I received mine in charcoal, but it is also available in lime, white, magenta and blue. Too many color choices, so I went with charcoal. You can sync it with your computer and your phone. You should be able to sync it with your pad also. I have wireless with my pad, so I can easily  sync with it. I love being able to see how far I walk. I’m up and down all day, and I’m always amazed how many steps I have taken. When you use this, and watch your activity level, it actually inspires you to get up and move, just to see the number increase, lol. I haven’t gotten into using every feature. You can pick and choose, add, edit as you go, and get used to it. Since, it is so light weight and unobtrusive, it’s easy to use. This Fitbit zip is truly a healthy addition to anyone’s lifestyle.

I am new to using sandalwood essential oil. I did a lot of research on it. I am a huge essential oil user, as well as my family. I was very happy to learn about it. It smells so great too. Sometimes, when you pick up a garment, you just say, wow, these are made really well. It’s actually not as common anymore, unless you spend a fortune. When these pants arrived, I said wow. These are definitely well made! I was happily surprised. For example, my son recently bought himself two pairs of shoes. Both expensive, but one paired smelled like regular leather, and one, which cost even more, smelled like pure nasty chemicals. They were leather too. Some companies are using fabrics and leathers that have been drenched in formaldehyde and more. Needless to say, I am thrilled to be afforded the opportunity to review JDT International’s Bodishape Women’s Plus Size Ponte Pants in exchange for an unbiased and honest review. I ordered these in a 14/16 for my mother. That is not usually considered plus size. I always buy her pants in the regular ladies section. The pants arrive just as shown.
The 14/16 fit exactly like they should. They most definitely run true to size. The material is thick, not all on the flimsy side. The fabric is so smooth to the touch. My mom said they are very comfortable on. The material is 63% Viscose, 33% Nylon and 4% Elastane.  There are no pockets on the pack, but the two zippered pockets on the front are functional pockets. They are about three inches deep. The waist band is nice and wide. It’s approx. 2.5″ wide. She loves, love, loves that feature. It’s stays put and doesn’t roll, and is very comfortable against her waist. The inseam is approx. 29″ long. My mom is 5’5″ tall. These hit at her ankles. Since they taper in, and if you were taller, you could wear them as capris, easily. These do have a seam going down the front of the leg as well as the back of the leg. It’s an added touch that really lends to the design of these pants. They are not the average pants you find in the store. My mom is insanely picky about the pants she wears, so I have looked at a lot of pants. These are machine washable. They are not the wrinkling kind, which makes them even better, and perfect for traveling. These really are incredibly soft and comfortable. My mom is actually excited about the fall coming so she can wear them more, and she hates cold weather, lol. It’s great to be able to share our experience with these pants. It has been 100% positive for us, and we highly recommend them.

I have never experienced shapewear undergarments before. I am quite pleased with this one. It actually does everything it says it’s going to. And more importantly, it’s fits true to size. The fabric this one is made out of is a newer fabric. I’m starting to see more and more hit the market. Most of it is made from 95% Polyamide and 5% Elastane. The other areas are 100% Polyamide. Synthetic Polyamides are used to form some nylons. I wear a 36C bra and the medium fits me perfectly. It comes up perfectly under my arms, so it doesn’t create a bulge. That’s never a pretty look. This slims everything down. It holds well in place. The elastic mid section covers your entire torso. Fortunately it stays in place well. I hate things that slide on me just because I walked across the room. Those garments get donated immediately. The straps aren’t adjustable, but that wasn’t an issue for me at all. They made them a great overall length. The stitching was done very well on this garment. I would wash it in a lingerie bag so it doesn’t get runs in it, or the straps don’t get caught up on anything, The material is very smooth against the skin. The straps are comfortable to wear. There is no pulling or sagging at all with the straps. It’s actually long enough to help cover and eliminate some panty lines. And ling enough to tuck into your pants. If you are looking for shapewear, this is definitely a good one for the job.
