Great sounding Wireless headphones. – Apie’s Wireless Bluetooth Headphones.

Standard

I live in a household of music nuts. But, it’s not always convenient to play your tunes or audio books out loud. That’s where headphones come in handy. We have several different kinds. But the full sized ones are really comfortable to wear. This pair by Apie is quite comfy, and the red/black combination is really sporty. I like it a lot. In your package you will get 1 large velvet drawstring storage bag, 1 headphones, 1 short micro USB cord, and 1-3.5mm to 3.5mm Aux cable. There is a bright red LED on while they are charging, and when they are done, the light turns green. I love they thy fold for easy portability and storage. I am so glad they included the storage bag, not all of them do. Here are some of the specs for these headphones:

*40mm drivers

*Up to 8hrs of battery life, Polymer Lithium Battery, 220mAh

*Impedance – 32ohm

*Frequency Response – 20-20.000Hz

* Sensibility 106dB+3dB

*Output power – 150mw

These headphones have the right ear and left ear clearly marked on the inside of the headband. The controls are on the right ear. There is a separate multipurpose button, a volume + button, a volume – button, a fast forward to next song button, and a restart, and go back in the playlist button. The multipurpose button is the power button, pause button, and phone call button. You can take calls with these headphones. They do have a mic. My headphones paired quickly and with no code required. They came up as SF-SH888B to pair. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and they work wonderfully with it. I can listen to anything with Wi-Fi though, or through the Aux cable, which is great. The ear padding on these is very soft and comfortable. They are easily adjustable as well to fit a variety of head shapes and sizes. I listened to a large variety of music; from rap, to country, to pop, and rock. The instrumental and bass sounded clear and enjoyable. I didn’t get any pitchiness, or lag. You can be approx.. 10-15 meters away if in the same room. If you go around corners or walls, the signal will drop. You do get that choppy warning, so if you back up, your signal will remain. The phone calls are very clear. When you press the multipurpose button, wait a second, and it will answer the call. I was getting impatient, lol. And would press the button again; press and what a second. The call answers loud and clear. These headphones do speak to you for things like: Power on, Power off, and the like. They do not state what call is coming in, it plays that usual diddy to let you know you have an incoming call. These are quite comfortable on. I wore them for a long time, and my ears never broke a sweat, and I never developed a headache. I just enjoyed my music. I am truly enjoying these headphones, and I am comfortable recommending them.

Strong Bluetooth Speaker. – Apie’s portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker.

Standard

My husband loves Bluetooth speakers. We go through a lot of them, lol. Needless to say, I was so happy to be able to review this Apie 10W portable Bluetooth speaker. Aesthetically, it’s quite sporty too. Bluetooth speakers are great, because they can go anywhere with you, as long as you remember to charge it up. My older son also uses one all of the time in his van. He is a commercial electrician, and has a new van. It has a stock radio, with no ports. He doesn’t even have a 12V outlet. So, he listens to audio books a lot on a Bluetooth speaker. It needs to be small, but loud. This one fits the bill. It only measures at approx.. 8 ¾’s inches long by 2 ¾” deep and wide. So, it is highly portable. It is also a 10W speaker, so it can get pretty loud. This is a very user friendly speaker as well. It has separate buttons for pretty much everything, as well as so many functions. On the back of this speaker you will find your aux port, USB in port, micro USB in port, on/off switch, and micro SD card slot. On the top of the speaker you will find a pause/phone button, mode button, fast forward and rewind buttons, as well as volume up and volume down buttons. With the mode button you can choose between Bluetooth, micro SD, FM radio, and Aux in. There is a little blue LED that moves to your selection. This speaker talks to you in regards to saying where you are: Bluetooth, Bluetooth Disconnected, Radio, and the like. It does not state the telephone call coming in, it rings. It does have a mic, so you can accept calls through the speaker as well. It does not have an LCD screen, so you just move the back and forth buttons to scroll through stations, and choose. The music quality on this speaker is great. It is loud and clear. It doesn’t matter what I play, be it Italian music to rap, to country, I enjoyed it all. The bass and instrumental are clear, and steady. You can get the typical 10 meters away from the speaker, but it needs to be in room. If you go around corners, or behind walls, the signal will drop. The internal battery is large at 2200mAh. It can go for about 8 – 10 hours. The louder you play the music, the less battery time. Also, the louder the music, the clarity is down a little. I find that very normal wit Bluetooth speakers, and this is better than a lot of them. I had a hard time finding FM stations as well. This is more common for me. I live near a Military base, and I need a strong antenna to get a radio signal. It comes up as DY22 to pair, and no code is needed. All the ports worked well. I had no operational issues with my speaker at all. It’s a great overall speaker, especially at its size, and it’s being 10W.

Let the IOS and Android duel begin. – Arrela’s 2 in 1 USB Noodle Cable 8 pin Lightning Cable & Micro USB Cable.

Standard

Haha, this cable reminds me of the divided teams, households. In this case, though, it’s Apple verses Android, lol. We are a family like that. My sister and her family all went Apple, and my direct household is currently Android. For divided households, this cord is perfect. It has the usual USB end on one side, and then a double sided head on the other. The top of the cord is the lighting cable end. If you pull up on this, you can snake the micro USB end out, to use that one. The lighting cable end has a cap that you can keep on it, when not in use, to protect it. This cable is 3.3ft long. I ordered it in the fun, bright green, but it is also available in pink, yellow, blue, white, and black. So, there’s a color for everyone. I was able to still get fast charging from this cable, which was a big relief. I do have a strong charger though, so that does need to be taken into consideration. This is a flat cable. I love that design. I do not twist these up nearly as much as regular cords. The connection points were done well. The USB and micro USB both fit nice and tight in my ports. I had no trouble fitting it to my phone with the Otterbox Defender case on it either. Some chargers won’t fit, but I had no trouble with this one. So far, I have had reliable, and quick charging with this cable. I like the bright color cable, it’s easy to spot. If you are a dual Apple/Android Family, then this cable will really come in handy. It’s also great to have if you do a lot of carpooling too.

I love the magnetic ends. – Mpow Bullfight Bluetooth 4.1 Wearable Wireless Headphones.

Standard

My guys use a lot of Bluetooth headphones. Be it for the gym, or work, they get used. They are also a must have for driving if you work on the road like my guys. It’s the hands free way to take calls, so you do not get distracted while driving. I am quite pleased with this set by Mpow. They are comfortable to wear, and they fit so well. I shook and shook my head, as well as jumped around, and did sit ups. They stayed in perfectly. They do come with 1 extra pair of silicone earbuds, in case you need them. These have their controls on a bar a little off of the right ear. These headphones are also magnetic. You can hook them around your neck while not in use. You can wrap them around your wrist like a bracelet until you need them, and you can place them on the fridge so you don’t forget to take them with you when you head out. My Galaxy Note 5 paired quickly with these headphones. They pair with the coolest code I am seen yet: Mpow Bullfight. How about that?! These don’t speak until you pwer off, and then they say, “power off”. It will let you know when a call is coming in. There is a button on the back of the bar, just press it. It works really well, and there is really no log. These headphones have a Honeywell switch in them, which is what makes the switch so smooth. The calls were actually pretty loud and clear. When the call is over, it will revert right back to your music. When you first turn the headphones on, you need to press the multipurpose button on the back of the bar for about 4 seconds. You will then see the red and blue LEDs flash. The + and – buttons are on the front of the bar. If you short press these, they adjust the volume. When you long press them, they will either move your music forward, or restart the last song. The headphones have the Bluetooth 4.1 version, and a pretty long battery life. You will get about 7 hours of talk/play time, and 175 hours of standby time. If you listen to your music really loud, the play time will be less. You can get about 30 feet or 10 meters away from your source with these, but not around corners or behind walls. I could only go around 15ft away when going around a corner, before it started breaking up. I was able to really enjoy many different genre of music with these headphones. The music was pretty clear, and even. These are pretty enjoyable to wear and use.

Great clarity! – PWOW’s E150 In-Ear Sports Headphones with Microphone.

Standard

I think we all own at least one set of headphones nowadays. Be it wires or wireless, they are a necessity with our electronics. Wired headphones can be more useful than Bluetooth ones. They have some advantage with clarity. My husband and I notice a big difference for the listener, in their clarity when using wired headphones over Bluetooth ones. There is s much less background noise, or road noise with wired headphones. These wired headphones from Pwow, have a sporty look to them. They come with a clip, to help keep the wire still when using them for a call. It actually makes a big difference during a call. Otherwise the mic could be rubbing across your clothing, making for a hard to hear call. These are small, and fit nicely in the ear, for a low profile look and feel; I like that. The bar for these headphones is located a little ways down from the left earbud. That is where the button is to pause your music, or to answer and hang up from a call. It works pretty well. It’s easy to answer without looking. With wired headphones you don’t have to worry about the battery on the headphones dying on you during a call. Which is very important if you use these while working, like my guys. The sound is pretty clear with these. Both the bass and instrumental were pretty good. The cord on these is pretty long, which makes these doable with running and working out. They work really well with my Note 5 phone. The 3.5mm plug is nice and snug in my port, it has no play to it. They fit very securely in ear. You can shake, bounce, jump, and wiggle, and they stay put in my ears. These are a little unique, because a little ways down from the first bar with the call/pause button on it, you will find another bar with a volume slide switch. You can adjust your volume up and down with this bar. It only goes so far, so if you have the volume up higher in your phone, that is the highest the volume will go to. It will always go down to silent though, which is good to have. It really fast to adjust since it’s a slide switch. I measured these at 52” long, after being plugged in to my phone. I am very happy with the sound quality and clarity. The long wire surprisingly doesn’t tangle easily on me either. These even arrive with a spare set of earbuds. I am very pleased overall with this pair of wired headphones.
