Essential oils are a big part of our daily lives. Everyone in my family now uses them and depends on them. They are rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Weather you choose to take them internally, topically or inhalation, they can only benefit you. I was afforded the opportunity to review Living BeAtitudes Natural Essential Oil Set at a reduced price in exchange for an unbiased and honest review. I was obviously thrilled to do so too.
In this set you will receive four 10ml bottles of essential oils. You will receive 1 Eucalyptus oil bottle, 1 Lemongrass oil bottle, 1 Orange oil, and 1 Pine oil. All four oils smell incredible. Also, in the land of essential oils, 10ml is an average size bottle. It’s more than you think. It’s very strong and a tiny bit goes a long way.
My family and I personally use Eucalyptus essential oil for inhalation purposes. It is absolutely incredible for our sinuses and airways. My youngest son and I have horrible allergies. Every night we rub some under our nose and inhale some of the vapors. It really helps open our sinuses and my airways. I have asthma, and I can only use so much albuterol. We also have a couple essential oil diffusers. Eucalyptus oil is wonderful to put in your bedroom diffuser.
You do not want to heat up essential oils. You will actually change the composition, and it becomes unhealthy for you. Essential oil diffusers work on the ionization process. There’s no heat involved.
I use orange oil directly on my skin. It is great at lightening up those wonderful spots we get with age. It’s chock full of vitamin C which is known to rid us of our wonderful age and sun damage spots. This is also great in lotions and soaps. I make my own lotions, shampoo and soap. I absolutely love the scent of this orange essential oil.
Lemongrass and Pine are also great scents. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the lemongrass. It’s quite the refreshing scent. Men seem to love lemongrass and pine. Lemongrass is great to add to lotions. People use lemongrass topically for sore muscles. I have never taken it for this reason but some people will use lemongrass to help aid indigestion. I have also seen it used in some natural bug sprays. Pine, everyone is used to that scent. The natural essential pine oil’s scent is soooo much better than the fabricated scent you smell everywhere around the holidays. Pine oil is another great oil for the diffuser for asthmatics, or if you have allergies or a cold.
Any of these oils would be great to add to a bath. Pine and eucalyptus work well together when mixed. You can play around and find your favorite scent combinations. There is so much you can do with essential oils. Take your time and do some research on the internet. I absolutely love how well packaged these oils are. They are shipped in dark glass bottles too.
