Unfortunately my son broke the lens of the camera by knocking the camera down some time ago, so I no longer have I. It was my favorite too. It doesn’t tell if you installed it from my memory, but you couldn’t record without it being in, if that helps. You can contact customer support from their website though.

I have 2 of these cams and I love them too.
But, I can’t get my SD card to work?
Ive tried different cards on different cams and never do i get any recognition of it being inserted.
Any tips?!
