So sorry. I wish I could help you, but I do know how to fix these things. Sounds like something wasn’t installed correctly, or maybe there’s a loose wire.

Hi, You might try through Amazon. I just looked, but I’m not sure if they are still selling it on their site. They do have ZuZo products. You can call and ask them.
