This is an interesting product. My mom has already been taking White Kidney Bean extract now and then for their great carb blocking properties. This particular product has much more than just White Kidney Bean. It also contains Garcinia Cambogia, Apple Cider Vinegar, Chitosan, and Aloe Vera as well. I personally took Garcinia Cambogia for weight control a couple years ago. You hit 40 and your metabolism slows down, lol. It helped. The white kidney bean is a great for carb control also. As supplements go, I take organic apple cider vinegar daily. It has helped my health tremendously. I was so happy to see it in this pill also. Chitosan is newer to me. It’s an interesting product, that has many, many uses from commercial uses to supplements. It is derived from adding alkali sodium hydroxide to shellfish, like shrimp and crabs. It is still questionable, but the hopes are that Chitosan helps limit fat absorption. And, last but not least, Aloe Vera. I love that stuff. It is also so good for you. I just finished drinking an Aloe Vera drink myself. Overall, this supplement is actually healthy for you. It is being touted as a way to help suppress your appetite, and help you in your diet. It is made in the US as well, in GMP certified facilities. A serving is 2 capsules, and you get 60 in the bottle. There are some fillers in it: Calcium Carbonate, Gelatin, Magnesium, Titanium Dioxide, FD & C Blue #1. I do wish they wouldn’t add the dye. It’s not needed at all. They are using it to dye the capsules. It is so unnecessary, and deters me from a lot of supplements. I’m an all-natural kind of girl. As supplements go, it’s not too shabby. We take a lot of the ingredients separately already. It’s nice having them all in one.

I have been taking Resveratrol twice a day, for a little over 3 years now. It has made a big difference in my life, and I will always take it now. I am very picky about the product though. There are a lot of inferior Resveratrol supplements on the market. The ingredients and strength of this product was great enough, for me to take the chance on it. I have insane allergies, and a lot to foods and how foods are processed. My diet is limited, so I am dependent on certain supplements. Resveratrol helped me stabilize my health. Now, with all of my anaphylactic reactions, and my odd diet, lol, I am able to stabilize and maintain my health. My blood work comes back perfect. I rebound faster than without it. I truly believe in all of the heart healthy benefits, and health you can read about Resveratrol. It really helped me, and continues to do so.

This particular Resveratrol is a Non GMO, Organic product. It is made here in the USA, which is also very important to us. There are 30 servings in a bottle. A serving is 2 capsules, for a total of 60 capsules. The ingredients in each capsule are: 500mg organic Resveratrol, organic Pullulan, and Organic Rice Flour. Resveratrol is a powerful antioxidant. They provide a strong, organic, plant based form of trans Resveratrol in each capsule. A lot of capsules are made from Pullulan, so that is what this capsule is actually made out of. So, these capsules are vegetarian in nature. They also practice great allergen control at their plant. These capsules were made with no: yeast, wheat, gluten, dairy, tree nuts, corn, soy, eggs, sugar, peanuts, fish, shell fish, or hydrogenated oils.

I am newer to these capsules, but so far so good. They have little odor to them. It’s slight, and a natural scent, like my other ones. They do not cause any stomach upset at all.
