Belts, don’t you wish you could carry extra with you for all of those “people” who walk around with their pants below their butts, lol. We own a few Riggers belts in our home. They are a great belt/tool to have. This belt was made in that style. It arrived as shown, in simple packaging, like most mail order belts. All of the stitching was done well. There was no odor to the product upon arrival. The belt buckle is made out of metal. The belt itself is made out of Nylon webbing. This belt is rated at being able to handle the load of 500kg which is equal to 1102lbs. I do not have the means to test that weight limit. Riggers belts can be used in an emergency as a means to lower yourself, or lift yourself, and items, due to their high weight tolerance. This belt has a unique belt loop. They used a black Neoprene piece of material instead of Nylon webbing. It by no means affects the function of this belt, just the aesthetics. The Neoprene used is black in color. I have not seen that before. This Nylon belt can handle the weather very well. It dries faster, and is more durable than leather or pleather, especially with weather extremes. It won’t get brittle or crack on you like those other materials. My belt measures at 50” including the belt buckle. It’s a one size thing. This is a 1 ½ inch wide belt. You can cut the belt down, and then burn the edges to seal them, like they did. We carry, and this belt can tolerate a holster. It’s softer than some Riggers belts, but if holstered over the pants also, does just fine. I do that with any belt I wear anyhow. This is definitely an affordable option for a Riggers belt.
