I’m planning a quick vacation. But, when you live with life threatening allergies, that can be quite stressful. I’m busy doing the usual, but I also have to make my own toiletries, and foods, to take with me. Everything from scratch. Todays reaction was either from dust, or the food samples I got in the mail for my husband. Nut based, and I’m deadly allergic. EIther, way, I was on the phone with my husband, and was folding laundry at the same time. All of a sudden it felt like someone was stabbing me in the throat. I obviously stopped what I was doing, and began medicines. Fortunately, life goes on, and I still have to cook and prepare. Never take anything for granted.. Life is a blessing.
