This speaker is a lot of fun. I graduated in 1986, and this speaker brings me back to the day, lol. I can remember when everyone carried their speakers on their shoulders. I am so glad that I was afforded the opportunity to review Perfect Life Ideas Rechargeable Boombox Speaker in exchange for an unbiased and honest review. In the box you will get the speaker, a rechargeable battery, a micro USB cable, an Audio cable, and a sheet of instructions.
This speaker easily operates by Bluetooth. They supply an audio cable just in case you have a tablet, phone, or player that doesn’t have Bluetooth in it. It’s very simple to operate. The on/off switch is on the back. You just need to either hook it up with the audio cable, or scan, and connect your device via Bluetooth. There is a convenient slot on the top of this speaker that you can rest your device in. I really appreciate that aspect. This speaker did play very clear for me. I played many different genre from country, to beachy, to snoop dog and rock. They all did pretty well.
With the attached carry handle/shoulder strap, this speaker makes it very convenient to be carried outside. Even though it’s bigger than a lot of Bluetooth speakers, it’s very light and more visible, so you won’t leave it behind. Everyone in my family who has seen this speaker, just smiles. There’s something about it, lol. Maybe it’s all the wonderful memories. This speaker would definitely make a great gift.
